Rebuilding Teams for franchise mode

Ordered MLB 15 this morning, usually I'm the Blue jays when I play franchise mode. Thinking about using a different team this year, not really followed the MLB last couple of years so which teams require rebuilding?

I suggest finding the video that shows the team ratings. It will show their MLB ranks in speed, pitching, power, contact, and fielding. Use that to see who is near the bottom of the league and decide from there.

I'm going to use Houston, but in all honestly I was going to use the Cubs and Padres. I keep changing my mind lol

I'd like to rebuild too, but I really don't care for any of these teams... maybe Mets

I want to do a rebuild as well. I'm leaning towards the Phillies or Braves even though neither are favorites of mine.

do a real challenge. fill a 90 man roster with nothing but C,D,F players that are rated 60 and below and rebuild to a decent team. Its fun with a fictional roster

Yankees are pretty old, keep ellsbury,betances,gardner, Tanaka than rebuild!

I always role with the Angels but I want to use a NL team so it's either going to be the Cubs or Mets, obviously the Cubs are loaded with potential all stars but I love the Mets young pitching prospects... Gonna have to play a bunch of games with each team to see which feels better to me

The Phillies are the hardest imo. Having not seen the ratings yet but assuming all the former stars took another hit. and a depleted farm system

When you guys do rebuilds. Do you have budgets on or off? I've tried them as off but it seems like money just runs out quick. So I normally turn it off because really baseball don't have a budget.

For the Yankees maybe they don't have a budget but for the other 29 teams they all have a budget..

Got to find cost effective young controllable players. Players with less than 3 years of mlb service time that have high potential

I feel like it'll be a lot easier/more fun to rebuild in MLB 15 than in years past because our new Trade Finder. It'll be easier to trade older players for prospects which is key to rebuilding
