Twins may interest me, always liked the look of Target Field. :P

Seems like a useful video. One question from that video though, what is the difference between yearly goal and contract goal?

Plus is the overall team rankings seem a bit wierd?

Yearly goal just means you have to accomplish that goal by the end of that one season. Contract goal is a single goal over the 3 years that must be completed at least once throughout those years.

For example, you may be required to win the division that year but your contract goal may be to win the World Series. Obviously you can knock it both your yearly goal AND the contract goal if you win the WS, so it would accomplish those. If you are successful each year, your rating goes up. If not, it'll go down. All of it will influence whether you are fired or stay with your time and also who will want you afterwards.

As for the video, the team rankings are likely based on outdated rosters (for the most part). It'll update once the opening day roster is released. Also, if I'm not mistaken, it doesn't take into account AA and AAA rankings.

Best bet would probably be the Phillies. They have some veterans you can probably trade for decent value. Another would be the Rockies, they have absolutely 0 pitching. Twins if you want to go with an AL team

The Yankees aren't necessarily a rebuilding team. They have some good prospects in the farm system thatll be mlb ready this year and over the next two.

            Aaron Judge
            Luis Servino
            Gary Sanchez
            Rob Refsnyder
            Jose Pirela
            Greg Bird
            Jacob Lidgren

The problem is that most of these guys are not primo prospects - maybe a couple of future starters in there. The majority of these guys will likely top out as borderline first division starters.

When OSFM hits, I'd expect the Orioles & Tigers minors to need rebuilding, but not the big league team. The D'Backs need rebuilding on the Major League level, but I don't expect the their minors in OSFM to need rebuilding.

Chill with the Yanks comments dude. Haha. The Dodgers have a much higher payroll. Also, the Red Sox and Giants and Tigers and Angels and Nationals are quite close as well.
