Okay, so now that I've actually had a chance to play the game I find it interesting that the game still tracks what it considers to be the key plays worthy of the highlight reel - they're shown by stars in the Movie Maker menu.

I'm glad that's still in, but man...those fixed camera angles in the movie editor just drive me up a wall.

Never had a crash on highlights and Im hugely disappointed as it was the cherry on the end of the game sundae seeing all the games key highlights in review .
Hopefully they will patch it back as the last thing we need is less presentation
Wow SCEA never removes stuff but so far I found this and no timid hitting but thats obsolete anyways .

if all companies, would do what some companies have done. Final Fantasy, uncharted, just two name two that i have seen, go from using a 25 Gig single sided disc to using what Sony DADC offers which is a 50 Gig double layer disc, one our games would be much longer for those kind of games.

in our case it would allow the dev team to keep and even add more features to the game without having to do things like this...

i for one use it exclusively every game due to running a franchise that i actually report on over on TSN. if more of us did this and used this feature it wouldn't have been removed.

This is a sad day indeed.

on the disc issue i know there is a cost thing to do with it. but it cant be that much per disc. I will have to see if i can research this... i have always been confused on this.. as to why a game company would refuse to use it...

Dont know about that but its one of the few presentation things I always watched and I dont know why its was removed ? Was it a space thing ? I thought the PS4 had unlimited space for this game .

No highlights is a lowlight for me. I loved them. Especially after a big game. I can't imagine why this fell out of the game.

These are back after the patch. Hope this helps lift your lowlights mood.

It evens allows you to save the highlight reel automatically when finished viewing. However this feature didn't work from remote play. I could watch it and then I chose to save it. But it was no where to be found. The highlights from earlier when I was directly playing via ps4 were there however.
