I am new to the show, this is my first year since the PS1 days. Lost interest in baseball over the years but that's another story. I only played 3 online games total. 2 of those games were disconnected and I received a win for one. Is it just me but from those 3 online games I played everyone steals like crazy once they get on 1st base and it's frustrating because I cannot stop it!!! Is this normal?

Has been average for a game in 2015. Big improvement for this title though as it used to be borderline unplayable.

The servers the past few days have been acting up though

In for my daily venting at this point. As I've said already, the game plays great when it's not freezing, but the freezing is beyond madness. I thought it was tied to relief pitchers, but as it turns out it's not. Basically any time a walk occurs the game is in danger of freezing. Also, somehow every time this happens I get charged with the loss whether I was pitching or hitting. I'm assuming this is because I get tired of sitting at the frozen screen and I restart the game. Though I really find it hard to believe that every opponent I play, plays chicken waiting for me to power down first.

That's 9 times this has happened now. I have 9 disconnects, and they were all from the same thing.

I really want to give up on online, but since playing against the AI bores me, my only option is to cross my fingers and hope every time I load up a game. Pretty sad state of affairs if you ask me.

I personally have had a great experience. A little few buffers, but nothing compared to last year. What are your speeds? Even when I play opponents with bad speeds it's pretty smooth.

Like I said, the game's playing fine lag wise. It's the consistent freezing issue on the same thing (walks) that is a gamekiller at this point.

Ive played about 15 games now. Other than 2 of my first 3 freezing its been fine. Little lag from time to time. But no freezing since the first day.

Had recording disabled from the beginning, never got pop-up and still get the HBP and BB freeze

As have I. And last night I had a different freeze, not caused by a hit by pitch. Great lag free and surprisingly cheese free diamond dynasty game. I threw a pitch basically right down the middle, he looked at it but the ball froze before it reached the catcher and everything but the flags in the outfield on the screen froze. A minute or so later I got the connection lost and went back to lobby where I was awarded the loss even though I was up like 4-1. Anyway I messaged him and asked him if he purposely disconnected and he claimed he didn't and was waiting for the next pitch. I tend to believe him because he played very sim the whole time. I then played an online franchise game with no issues at all, except for the fact that I gave up a walk off no doubt HR to Trout in extra innings after I blew the save in the 9th.....

yea looks like he plays honest and no freeze glitch on his part, but that is a new one and discouraging of course. Glad I have not spent any real money on Stubs yet for card packs with all these freeze and connection issues. Yet again here we are paying for an online service with PS Plus and a first party title still has issues with online

Game crashed on me in the 13th inning of the first game I've played. Before that it only froze up a few times and the lag was mostly unnoticeable.
