Playing as the White Soxs and I'm looking to Acquire Matt Cain and Maybe Arod. I know the Yankees would dumb him if they had the chance. I would move arod back to SS in. I have Anderson waiting but I figure next year he would be ready. I don't care about realness as trades happen all the time and some are nuts.Comment

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread
Would it be able to work trading a low named prospect for ARod money wise? I am not sure the White Sox budget but if that wasn't an issue I am sure trading a low C 3rd baseman or a low graded pitcher would be all it would take for the Yankees to trade ARod.Playing as the White Soxs and I'm looking to Acquire Matt Cain and Maybe Arod. For Cain, if you don't want to give up Anderson what about Rodon, Montas or Adams? I know those are guarded as some high prospects for the Sox but I am not sure what you are wanting to give up for Cain. I think a mix of a top 5 prospect plus a mid prospect would be enough. (but to be real I don't see the Giants ever trading Cain, he brings too much on and off the field for them)Current careers:

I'm trying to get Bryant and Baez from the cubs to ATL. Willing to move anyone including Kimbrel. Building for the future.Comment

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread
Burns my eyes to see Freeman getting traded. But he is probably the most valuable asset on the Braves.
To the OP, If you're building for the future, trading Freeman would really, really help you. But I would recommend trading Kimbrel before Freeman. Also, like AC said, Bryant is pretty much untouchable to anyone not named Trout or Kershaw.Last edited by CameRoN0407; 04-04-2015, 05:51 PM.Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

I feel like Freeman will probably be part of Hart's cleanse. He hasn't shown himself smart enough to not deal Freeman, lol"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread
I think he figured he pushed it by moving Gattis and Heyward. Moving Freeman would've had the entire Braves fanbase coming after him with pitchforks
If he moves Freeman, I hope it's to Boston. Probably one of the few guys I'd think about giving up Swihart for.Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread
* Note this is a proposal using the OSFM 2014 rosters
Pittsburgh Trades:
18 Year Old CF Austin Meadows (57/B)
34 Year Old SS Clint Barmes (34/C)
Philadelphia Trades:
35 Year Old SS Jimmy Rollins (83/A)
Thoughts on this possible move in my Phillies franchise are requested please. I'm out of contention and approaching the deadline, while the Pirates are both 3.5 out of the Central and Wild Card. For Pittsburgh Neil Walker (.212/.289/.365, 11hr) is struggling and Jordy Mercer is their starter at short (.265/.312/.383, 7HR).
Rollins (.256/.291/.365, 10 HR, 17 Steal) would be a rental most likely with one year left on his deal. A short term extension might be possible, but Alen Hanson is waiting in the wings and should be ready by 2016 at the latest.
For myself, Meadows would be the best outfield prospect in the organization, and Revere would be an easy move to left if he is still around in 3-4 years.Last edited by slowpokemcgee; 04-04-2015, 06:33 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 15 trade discussion thread
Don't think the Phillies would deal Meadows (#9 overall 2 years ago) for 1 year of Rollins. Especially not if Rollins isn't even getting on base 30% of the time.* Note this is a proposal using the OSFM 2014 rosters

Who else do you like in the Pirates system? Luis Heredia could be had. I personally like him.Last edited by CameRoN0407; 04-04-2015, 06:46 PM.Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!
