Being forced to use Fast Play in Diamond Dynasty and Online Franchise is the single biggest disappointment for me in this year's game.

Same here. I bought a PS4 and The Show as well as two of my friends just to play online franchise like we have in the past with NCAA Football and NBA 2K. Why can't we play broadcast vs. the computer in online franchise?

Maybe for you. But can you imagine the other person (who is random) having to sit through all of that during a Diamond Dynasty game? Online Franchise I MAYBE understand as you can play against friends. But I don't want to sit through all of the presentation in an online mode.

Online play is supposed to be about shortening the length of the game, not presentation. Offline is where presentation should (and does) shine.

That's kinda my point to. I understand why fast play should be used in some online modes but not online franchise when we had either BROADCAST or FAST play as a choice since I have been on the show since 2011. Now keep in mind I do not play offline at all I only play in online leagues my only reason each year to buy this game. I know offline has a lot to offer but I get my enjoyment out of talking to my older guys I have in a league as we play not playing the CPU that is no longer fun to me these days. All I was hoping for and asking was to maybe have them turn it back on for ONLINE FRANCHISE only.

If either player hits a button presentation skipped. What is wrong with that. The only way we see a cut scene or animation is if BOTH players want to. So ridiculous

Nevr have even tried fast play. Even before QC's were in the game, I wouldn't X thru cutscenes. Baseball wasn't meant to be played fast, so I don't do it in my video baseball games either. I do love QC's though, as the game use to get rather long, but I mainly like QC's because the stats are much more realistic for me, as my pitchers walk more batters, and Im able to draw more walks with QC's. I would always in the past be 1 of the worst at drawing walks in my franchise, now I have a chance to be rank anywhere in the middle of the pack or higher.

Just figured out today that there is no Broadcast for online franchise. That is a game changer. Look I totally understand that fast play vs. Other users in the franchise is needed and that's fine, but when I am playing the computer for 1/2 of my games. I want to see the full broadcast. Please Russell, just for the CPU on online franchise, please have broadcast

He already said they won't change it back. I'm specifically voting with my money not to support this. I only play online so I'm losing presentation completely. What a joke.

I haven't been here in about a week I was just checking in and see how everything was going. It's nice to still see everyone still voicing there opinion.

I said many times in this thread my take on BROADCAST vs. FASTPLAY and I do understand why they probably went this route to fix some issues with online games, but those were all the regualrs who play online ranked matches that complain about last year. I myself do not play in the regular lobby or online rank games.

Some have mention this as well that you cant even play the CPU using broadcast in the online franchise and some have given there take on skipping through presentation what most players do online? but it should still be either players choice. Still even if you skip through some of the presentation there still stuff your missing out on skipping thru it or not.

Currently there are no injuries showing up in the online franchise, no challenge replay or watching a long HR stay fair or go foul and see the umpires reviewing it this is all due to FAST PLAY being turned on. Ih ave tested several games making sure INJURIES are in fact turn on in the league settings and tried default injury at 5, then we went from 6,7,8,9 and even 10 several games no still no injuries. We have pitched a pitcher 120 pitches no energy left and still no injury, we have bunted on purpose and soft line hits sliding head first to 1st base and still nobody hurt and last yearthis was there often. We have hit pitchers n the foot, elbow and head and still no catcher going and checking on him, manager coming out no injuries at all.

If I had to say with FAST PLAY on we are just not going to have any injuries or see anything like we have seen in the past with BROADCAST on. There are key features that have been removed using FAST PLAY. When your in a online franchise game due to FAST PLAY being on as well if someone pinch runs or pinch hits the other user has no clue that this was done it does not show any over lay or you do not see that player coming out of the dugout to pinch hit or run, it is kinda of a cheat if you will or an exploit that can hurt online play.

Feel free to help myself and others get some of the online franchise bugs fixed by voting my bug reports up. Any feedback and comments will help devs get these things fix as far as the BROADCAST vs FAIRPLAY Its been said they wont turn it back on to BROADCAST but vote anyways maybe if we get enough votes and comments to why this needs to be in online franchise they maybe will reconsider turning it back on for us.

Thanks for chiming in Russell, well currently there are no injuries showing up and have slider at 10 played enough games where we should see something by now pitching 120 pitches no energy and pitchers not hurt? then when u sub guys in no matter if its a pinch runner or pinch hitter it does not show them coming into the game at that moment. So u have no way of knowing whos on base and who the pinch hitter is and this is due to fast play being turned on. Again to many key situations taken away with FAST PLAY on.

Like someone mentioned in here if you make a online franchise and play buy yourself vs CPU why does that half to be FAST PLAY as well? there no head to head involved. Theres no connection to another user involved but still FAST PLAY is ruining it.

When you hit batters after a few benches are warned and you see that cut scene, and we also see tons and tons of broken bats but we get those things with FAST PLAY but cant see anything else?

Please at least modify the FAST PLAY show just a little but more all im saying.
