Ha....I think I would give them an answer at least most of the time.
I don't think I've ever told someone to read the thread(a 455 page thread with 10,000 posts(exaggerating )

I know you would, it's usually people that aren't busy working on the rosters that stir the pot.

I'm glad you said it. Let's be realistic about telling people to read through a thread with thousands of posts.

I understand being frustrated if it was answered two posts ago but 4 or 5 pages ago? It's easier to just answer the question.

Maybe create threads for just hitting or pitching questions would help cut down on the clutter?

It's funny you mention that because after the latest "I need help hitting" thread popped up today I thought of that.

My only concern is that I don't really want the forums to be micromanaged.

I would like to see freedom of discussion and my concern would be a singular "Help with hitting" thread might be too restrictive because of the different modes of hitting.

It's a weird balance.
