Start a game, hit pause, and fast-forward to whichever inning you prefer.

But you can't just go to settings and set it to 6 or how many innings you prefer

No you cannot. There is no way of changing how many innings the game contains. Each game will play 9 innings.

No. You can't do this with any other sports game, so why should you here? All you can change in the others is how long each quarter or half lasts, not the actually amount of quarters or halves you play.

Besides, there's two legit options to speed up games; Fast-forward and Quick Counts(?), backed with even more little options you can choose to cut out (ie cutscenes, intros, batter walk up) to speed the games up even more. So really, what reason would you have to change the innings?

He said that...and he also stated that you can't play just two quarters in NBA2K which would be the equivalent of reducing the # of innings.

There is a baseball game called Super Mega Baseball which will allow you to do this. It happens to be a pretty good game as well - don't let it's arcade appearance fool you.

Being able to set a innings limit for pitchers would be cool. Or pitch country's each game.

I hate to sound contentious, but why would you need to set an innings/pitch count limit exactly? The game already does a pretty good job of knowing when to pull pitchers out... and if they aren't to your liking, there are sliders available to adjust.

I'm not sure I've seen either of those things in 15 yet (played 6 games in my Braves franchise), but I know I've seen them in previous iterations of the Show. You are at least right though in saying they should happen at a higher frequency than they appear now.

Another little thing I'd like to see that would be great is for it to look like it's actually raining when it's raining. The only time you can really tell is when they're showing wide shots of the stadium. Any other time, it looks like the batters box is under a tarp.

I'd like to see heavier and more pronounced rain so I can actually feel like I'm playing in the rain. I want it to be harder to see the ball. I want to see rain delays. Right now, playing in the rain feels no different than overcast or cloudy.

And what's the deal with ejections? Has anyone seen an ejection yet? I've well over 200 games played and haven't seen one yet. I would like to see them happen sometimes.
