    ability to restart fantasy draft
for an OCD drafter like myself, the lack of this option is extremely frustrating. Say I really want Giancarlo Stanton on my team, but I can only land him if I get a top 4 pick. Sometimes I will have to start over 15+ times before I get the right pick. Instead of an easy "restart draft" button, I am forced to:
    a.) autocomplete draft
b.) wait while the system autosaves the new franchise
    c.) exit the franchise
    d.) delete the new franchise
    e.) start a new franchise
    f.) select my team
    g.) tinker the settings
    h.) start the new draft

It's a real pain in the ***, and it could all be avoided with a "Restart Draft" button.

    save game without exiting
sometimes I'll be in the 6th inning of an awesome game, and get slightly paranoid that the power will go out or something will go wrong and I'll lose my stats. I wish you could "save" mid game, then continue to play, rather than be forced to exit if you want to save mid game. I'm sure this is doable.

    spring training rosters/opening day roster
Anyone who has spent hours constructing a roster knows how frustrating it is to "trim" your 40-man roster after spring training. If you don't remove the 15 players not on your original 25-man roster, the cpu will wreak havoc on your roster. There's got to be a way to avoid this lengthy process. When you are attempting to exhibit precise control over each team's roster, this system is a major pain.

More accurate jerseys even if you have to sacrifice a cow or you know, get ahold of MLB or something totally pragmatic like that.

Another one I thought of. When you dive, to actually dive on the ground and not in the air on the infield. No wonder 99% of diving attempts fail in the infield because they hover over the freaking ball.

I would like to see the same 4 umpires call each game of a series and each series of the playoffs.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

This Is true. Another thing that ruins game is the ability to tag when you have runners on 1st & 2nd. Deep fly ball, you trigger the man on 2nd, but the man on 1st is half way and once you send the guy at 2nd, it's a double play because the man at 1st gets thrown out because he didn't tag. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but this has been an issue in this game forever. & I'm constantly hitting R1 to send the man back at 1st to at-least tag if he goes. Too frustrating.

I think for the most part, on field game-play is pretty good. Minor adjustments and tweaks will always do the on field aspect of the game good. My main issue is the franchise mode and roster moves. It's too bare for a baseball game. Franchise mode needs to be torn down and revamped. That new radio show doesn't do anything for me either. Scouting system is dumb too. Waste of time. In baseball, roster moves are done almost everyday. I want to see for DFA's, more claiming, once a player gets sent down, he can't come up for 9 days unless injury? battles in Spring training, non roster invitees etc. Right now, there's no need for ST..just sim it.. stuff like that. I want to see franchise made more for roster & stats purposes because the on field product is great, it's just the franchise is slowing everything up.

This probably has been mentioned a lot of times too, but the trade logic sucks in this game. In my franchise, I saw the Jays & Bosox swap Mookie Betts for Jeff Hoffman. The thing is, in the division, there 2 games apart from each other from 1st place..dumb logic. I get a lot of stupid trade proposals too. I know trades happen & all, but I want to see real baseball trades, these trades kind of ruin the rosters the OSFM boys do because after the trade deadline, everything goes haywire. I also wouldn't mind seeing players go on injury rehab assignments after an injury, but having the computer having the logic to make the right "roster move" to send that player back up and dropping the right player back to AAA. Too many times I'm seeing quality players in the minors for whatever reason.

Re: What are some 'little things' you would like to see in The Show/

They added my most wanted feature in this year (the crowd catching foul balls). I'd like to see more camera shots and cutscenes around that. People proudly holding up a ball, people scrambling to get to a foul ball in the seats, etc.

I'd like to see outfielder collisions and players losing the ball in the sun.

I'd like to see fights (obviously not actual fighting but just bench clearing altercations) and more warnings and ejections (managers arguing calls and possibly getting thrown out, etc.)

Legends being honored before games. People coming out to throw the first pitch.

A broadcast show every week showing the top plays, teams to watch out for, notable stats, etc of each week.

                Walk off celebrations

more control and situations in which you can challenge plays

Real life footage of top players (or footage of a past game highlight) when the announcers talk about a player on the field

Real time weather delays and all the cutscenes that would go along with that

An toggleable indicator that shows you where your glove might end up (accuracy depending on the fielding stat) if you attempt a dive

Way more "crazy catch" animations (falling over side walls into the crowd, slamming into walls, leaps, tumbles, dropping balls after collision, etc.)

Nothing really to do with gameplay but I would like to season record against a team rather than the series record displayed on the franchise homepage. It's pretty easy for me to see that I'm 2-0 against the A's in my current series against them, it's not so easy to see that I'm 10-8 against them on the year.

The radio broadcast should play while you are preparing lineups for the next game, instead of the music. If you're mainly just playing games and you don't hear it much.

One thing I have always wanted, especially in this game, is a toggle to hide Potential and overall. Maybe even the players actual skills. Baseball is such a game os statistics. I would live to play a franchise where I had no idea what anybody had for potential or overall rating. I find myself making trades based on these numbers and sometimes it drives me crazy.

So what if my 32 year old short stop is a 62 overall B rated player. He's hitting .289 with an OBP of over .300. Who cares what an 18 year old prospect is rated overall. Let me train him, play him and see how he does. How many times have teams traded a struggling rookie to have him become an allstar later on? I would love to fine that Pitcher that had a wicked fastball in my minor league system instead if knowing he is already there because of his 4FB rating. The mystery of not knowing these numbers would be huge fun for me in a franchise.

Hiding potential I can agree with.

Hide actual skills completely - I don't know. Baseball is a game of stats, but scouts do grade players.

I think the skills with no OVR and POT would work. Especially if the game had more nuanced/complex development system.

I'd like for the K/9 to be more consistent. When I got the game right out of the box I noticed that guys who finished last year with K/9 of around 6-7 had higher one's than players with 9. Same with the H/9. For example Zach Greinke after the update has a H/9 of 74 while some other mid tier guys are already at 80+ Right now Greinke's (87H in 131IP) 74 H/9 is consistent with RA Dickey's (4.70 era 116H in 120 IP) at 72

Also, if they are going to have MLB The Show Live where you play the game(s) going on that day then they should have daily roster updates (w/ ratings and roster moves) otherwise it's unrealistic and completely useless.

It would also be cool if The Show could get a contract with the MLB umpires union and use some of the more veteran crews in the game. They could also use those specific umpires tendencies. This is a extreme long shot and probably would take up too much memory for them to do but I think it would be really cool to see Joe West for example. They could also maybe give "veteran" and "rookie" treatment to hitters and pitchers rather than just a random inconsistent strike zone for everyone.

I'd also like to see the CPU use their closer consistently in the 9th when they are up 1-3 runs rather than 1 different pitcher for every batter. This happens to me a bunch in Franchise

There is no problem with memory anymore. Not even close. The PS3 version can go and die under a bridge for all I care.
