    Most epic meltdown ever?

Welp, I have to post this somewhere, because I've never had such an epic meltdown in this game.

Playing as the Rangers, opening day in Oakland. Yu Darvish on the mound and he's dealing. Dealing so well that its 24 up and 24 down, with 6 strikeouts. I've never had a perfect game going this far into a game in all my years of playing this game. My hands were freaking shaking.

My offense was clicking too, i was up 5-0 and had pounded out 17 hits, so I knew I was bringing Darvish back out (only at 89 pitches) to finish off this perfecto. The camera angles were awesome, as they would start with a close-up on Darvish and start to pull away to a stadium wide shot, indicating the importance of the moment. Vasgergian talking about "what can be going through his mind right now?". It was an awesome ambience.

My cutter away to righties had been devastating them all night. I dealt one to Canha to lead off...and he freaking crushes it over the wall. Location was perfect right in the bottom corner.

Wow. Just like that. Killer. Well, I can still finish off the win.

Darkish walks Lowrie and Zobrist singles. Okay, time to bring in Tolleson to close this thing out. Tolleson walks Burns and its bases loaded with Crisp up.

Tolleson can't find his groove and serves up an 3-RBI double that barely stays fair in the RF corner. Time to bring in Feliz.

Feliz immediately serves up a RBI double to Vogt and Oakland's miraculous 5-run 9th, a 9th inning they were coming into having a perfect game pitched on them, is complete.

Guys, I'm not kidding. I was hitting my spots pitching. I'm not saying the game robo-beat me, but I've never been part of a game where there was more evidence.

To wrap it up, I hit a HR in the top of the 10th to take the lead, but they loaded the bases AGAIN in the 10th, and won it on a 2 RBI double from Reddick.

Dagger. Just had to share because my wife doesn't care, and none of my local friends game anymore. I know you all will understand.

Sounds like a game I watched last between the Red Sox and Angels. Wade Miley is carrying a perfect game into the 7th and gives up a hit gets out the inning though. And then Farrell pulls him after the inning. The offense is doing alright but can't score. And Trout hits a walk off in the 9th for their second hit and only run of the game.

Now to MLB the Show. I have had a similar happen. It was last night I was dealing with one of my starters but with using quick counts my NPs were getting high so I had to pull him. And then the bullpen imploded and I gave up a walk off against the Yankees I was pissed.

I just recently blew 2 games in a row against the Braves as the Mets. Both games were identical. Shut them down thru 7 innings in both games then all of a sudden in 8th and 9th in both games couldn't get an out until they went up by 1 run. Nothing mattered...mound visits, new pitchers, nothing.

Sounds like every single franchise game I've played. In DD I don't see these freakish comebacks in the ninth near as often but I'm not kiddingwhen I say every franchise game, no matter what I'm winning by, turns into this. Players with thirty power start crushing bombs.

The A's are tough for me too. In my Angels franchise I feel like every time I play Oakland it's a battle. They just always come back no matter who I have pitching or how big my lead...

Sounds like alot of people have seen similar...didn't expect that. I've played 2-3 games a day religiously since release, and this is the first time I've seen something this crazy. I'm using TNK's sliders.

I play as the Rangers and every time I play the Angles it always seems to be decided by 1 run.

In my franchise, playing against the Braves ( the 14 version of them in my 2015 season) I was up by 4 and decided to bring in my closer in the ninth, 1. Because I needed a win badly and 2. Because he had not pitched in about a week.... Long story short. I gave up 7 runs with him in the inning.
