    Does SCEA know?

Just a general statement. They do know that not EVERY games has to have a HR in it right? Real MLB does have games that dont have HR's in it. It really does happen. 40 games thus far, and at least (at very least) there has been at least 1 HR. Even knowing that the game is HR heavy, Ive had power down to 3 and STILL..... down to 3, and all I lose is doubles (well lowers the amount of)

Dont get me wrong. This game is great. Therre is a lot of aspects of it, that I love. This just drives me crazy though. This is what sliders are for. Some one wants tons of HR's, move sliders in that direction. They are so close to perfect game play (imo) out of the box with minor adjustments.
Really wish sports games played to ratings!

Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

I'm sure they know it and I've had plenty of games that didn't include a homerun.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

IDK, call it weird I guess. Maybe its a early run of power. Im actually thinking of putting power back up to Default. I seem to see less HR's and more doubles so to say.

I play with all sliders at default. I pitch and hit on Hall of Fame, and there will be games where its like a team competition of homerun derby and other games where you are needing to go station to station or play small ball to get a run across. I've also had high scoring games without a homerun hit. I just played at the Royals and lost 7-4 and not one single homerun was hit. There were however 3 triples.

Hhmmm, that is very interesting. Ya, Ive had a fair share of "Home Run Derby" games lol. Maybe my thinking is backwards. Maybe lowering it hurt it more then helped it. Great feedback thanks. I by no means hate the game or think its garbage. I love how realistic aspects of it can be in fact. Are you using a OSFM roster or one like Willards? I am using Ridins OSFM V2 except I added the 40 man for the teams.

I bow to you man! I reached HOF pitching using dynamic very briefly. Worse butt kicking I've ever had in the Show! Batters fouled off every corner pitch until I made a mistake in the zone. I did strike out a few batters though all looking, no swinging strikeouts.

I'm next to last in terms of home runs hit; and I lead the league in fewest homers allowed. So I haven't had this issue at all.

Same here. I don't even come close to seeing them every game or even every other game. I had to bump my power slider up one from default because I couldn't hit any homeruns. I played the whole month of April in my franchise at default and hit 8 homeruns as a team.

What are you using for your swing mode timing, zone, etc? Because on timing I was either hitting bombs or getting out. But on zone I'm getting all types of hits. So maybe that could be your problem.

What difficulty are you playing on? Also, what hitting interface? I'm not seeing them every game, either. I've had some homerun heavy games yes, and some (a lot) where is it's scrapping runs by running, bunting and sacrificing. I'm also in the bottom third in homeruns and top five in HRs allowed, in my franchise. I also play on HOF all around.

Yea I honestly think it is either his sliders or his hitting style. I forget what I have my slider at but I think it is at default. But I am having the same types of games you are. I am using dynamic difficulty and I am at AS+ I think. But I am winning games by less 3 runs but one of my recent games I won 7 or 8 to 1 against the Yankees.

I've had a few games with no homers, but yeah, most games I'll see at least one. Play in Camden Yards and you're bound to see 3 or 4 a game. That place is a hitter's paradise.

I play as the Toronto Blue Jays in the power friendly AL East. Seriously, I think the least power friendly park is the Trop. Despite that I still get lots of variety of both small ball and home run type games.

I play with zone default sliders if that helps.

Thanks for all the input guys. I think I am going to start another franchise and keep everything close or at default and give that a good run and see. Dont get me wrong, I love HR's as much as the next person, but I love small ball even more lol.
