Help! Just returned to a saved game and my hitting is back to rookie

I am playing a franchise and loaded up my in game save in the top on the 5th and it says I am back to rookie hitting. I am using dynamic and was at All-Star++ but now I'm all the way back to rookie. Is this a known glitch? If I continue to play, will I be starting all over again? How can I fix this? Reload the save? Exit out? Help! I have looked at the in game options but can't find anything. I played an inning and even my pitcher is back on rookie and all my settings like camera views etc are back to default. What happened?

Check and see if you accidentally changed your default profile?

How? I go to franchise and load up the save and I don't see any in game options for it.

Dont load your franchise.

From the.main menu go to Gameplay setting. See what is listed as your default. If this has changed no matter what you have selected for your franchise it will use default when resuming saved games.

Ran into this issue as well because I have different profiles for different things. It is very easy to mess it up.

Okay so it didn't work when I changed it to my profile so I went back and made my profile the default and it fixed it! Thanks man!!

For some reason it seems that saving and quitting during a franchise game changes your profile when you go to load back into it, has happened to me before as well not sure why though

Yeah if you let the game go to demo and them load a saved fran game it has the default settings loaded

Had a similar situation happen last night. Didn't load a demo game or do anything differently than the last several times I played my franchise. Granted, it's been a couple weeks since I last got into it. Anyway, a whole bunch of my settings had changed...fielding, throwing, and pitching all had changed from the way I had it. Wasn't that big of a deal to change them back I guess but seemed strange.
