Question about the Show '13, Cross Play and Vita

I have a franchise mode still going from MLB The Show '13 on Vita.

If I buy a PS4, can I still cross-save the game with the PS4 version?

Unfortunately, there is no PS4 version of '13. '14 was the series debut on PS4. And it was also the first year the carry-over saves were introduced (and '15 was the first time you could actually use the feature)

I wonder if I could still do it on PS3 then.
