ya this is true. have any of u noticed (i just did today) that the Single-A team names are actually in the game? i dont think i saw this last year and thought maybe this is a foreshadow of an expansion to rosters next year? Also, the 300+ players i dont think is a big issue considering 180 players (if rosters stay at 90) will need to be added if Manfred adds the 2 expansions like he wants to within the next few years.

Not that I expect them to be added anytime soon, but it would be cool to see some of the Single A teams in the game. I like the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals.

Also, Single-A is where prospects are developed most. It's a critical part of the development stage for prospects. For that reason, I would love to see it in. BUT, I won't be surprised at all if it's not in because of space and what not.

Well said! I actually enjoy playing the MILB games, I know Im in the minority as most ddont play to may of those games, but Ive always enjoyed it.
If nothing else, I wish they would add in more than 15 slots for players in A ball. If they could add in and extra say 50 slots for high A and low A, but they werent playable, I be fine with that even. Be more work for the OSFM guys, but Im sure they wouldnt mind it all that much, because then AAA and AA rosters would be accurate, and you woulnt be leaving out any prospect, or a career minor leaguer even.

I dont know how developing games works, so maybe there just isnt enough memory for them to do it, but MLB2k on the old systems, had A ball playable, unfortunately thats the only good thing about what otherwise, was a piece of garbage of a game. So I had hopes that when the new systems came out, The Show would finally be able to add in A ball, even if it was just High A, that would work too.

Yeah I'm not sure why Single-A ball hasn't been added, but I'm sure there's a really good reason. I'm willing to bet SCEA has looked into it, and since they've talked about Create-A-Stadium or expansion mode, I'm sure Single-A games is a future possibility.

I play RTTS exclusively and I would love to start in single A or even the Rookie leagues but I know that won't ever happen. Just getting to the Show should feel like an accomplishment in and of itself. Adding more minor leagues would contribute to that.

My perfect game would also include the fall leagues and the Japanese league.

I am not suggesting any of this is possible or likely, but a guy can dream can't he?

EDIT- bump that 115 to 120 and you can have high single AND low single a as playable
              MLB 25 man
              AAA 25
              AA 24
              A 23
              A 23
              120 men
It might not be until 2020 or after but I think its invitable that the 90 man rosters are evntually expanded. 115 man rosters would be perfect IMO
