Re: MLB 16 Trade Discussion Thread
Brandon McCarthy's my long reliever on the Dodgers and I was thinking of trading him for Steven Wright on the Red Sox. Wright's a year younger (31) and throws the knuckleball which I think would throw hitters off coming in as a long reliever. That would clear 4+ million dollars for 2-3 years off the books for McCarthy as well. They don't want to take the trade straight up, but I added in a D potential low rated pitcher and they're up for it. I could always sign a young free agent pitcher to take that kid's spot on the roster. What do ya'll think about that trade? Haven't made it yet. I'm also considering something that involves Puig for Sano.Comment

Re: MLB 16 Trade Discussion Thread
Think of it this way, there is a reason you did this deal (to dump Prince and his contract who sucks in real life right now) and Tim Collins and Bubba Starling sucks isn't enough reason for KC to agree to let you and the Rangers off the hook.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Re: MLB 16 Trade Discussion Thread
Looks like you're not playing with real contracts so I guess the trade isn't as bad. Prince's contract is the real problem. You could get a little something if his stats are ok.
Cards aren't a fit for Prince though. Moss, Holliday, and Adams can play 1B.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Well it looks like Fielder has a $5.5 million salary from the pic you posted. He's making $24 million this year and every year through 2020 in real life ($6 million of that is being paid by Detroit each year).Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment
