6. Last year budgets expanded too fast. I patch corrected it. After the first season there is usually one or two teams that drop a 1% or remain unchanged. After that all teams regardless of record seem to gain 8-15% no matter the record. This causes teams to have way too much money that they don't spend. Here's an example of Mil. who lost over 100 games and the email states they receive an increase of 10% due to performance. I'm hoping for a patch to slow this down.
I'm not sure that is a bug. I think it is revenue sharing. The message saying it is due to performance may be a bug but I think the result is what the devs intended.
