1 in 10,000 chance a runner tries to score from 2nd on a passed/wild pitch. It just DOESNT happen....... except in The Show. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! I see this literally every 15 to 20 games.

Split squad ST games, ST invites, Playable single A teams, revamped franchise display "twitter rumors, winter meetings, position battle headlines", new player models, not having to replace guys because they are tired so quick, have a weekly practice to do drills instead of assigning them for player growth/decline, better trade/FA LOGIC, improve the moral mechanism, game promotions and ticket sales etc...And Kris Bryant as the cover for 17.
Just some ideas off hand.

Sony can we get a new updated in between inning batter due up overlay more like this?

P.S I would like it to show the batters averages when the due up batter has not batted yet and then after they had at least 1 at bat switch to the 0-1, 1-1 type stat

one small thing that i would love to see, is pitchers energy in the rosters page. sometimes you may need to send a reliever down or bring one up because you have been using your bullpen alot and need a fresh reliever, right now the reliever you bring up you dont know how much energy that reliever has.

I'd like to see the Fielding Camera fixed for RTTS. Currently it's offset looking away from the batter and just looks wrong.

It's actually harder to field with such a weird angle. It should be straight on where your eyes would be looking.

My list of wishes for MLB The Show is getting smaller every year but here are some that I am still hoping for.

1. New in between inning batter due up overlays!

Example Add these type of stats next to the 3 batters names "2 for 4, 1 for 4, 4 for 4". Perhaps the batter due up overlays could display the AVG if the batter did not bat yet and if they did bat already then show 1 for 1 type stat instead. Or perhaps show both

2. I am very happy that you now see a Home Run overlay as the batter crosses Home Plate but perhaps the Overlay UI can be improved even more like a real broadcast.

3. I want more and more pre, in between and post play animations.

1 Example Instead of just showing the batter standing at first base when the batter knocks in a run on a base hit have the camera show the batter or batters crossing home plate and walking into the dug out down the steps and high high-fiving his tea mates.Heck maybe show him getting a drink for the Gatorade jug. Just copy what they show on real baseball broadcasts all the time.

4. Pre game and Post game shows sports center style with also in game scoring updates with video highlights of a important plays. Or even just have a fancy overlay showing the scores with a live commentator talking about the games going on.

5. Better start of game opening presentation with new music and new cool new over head fly ins perhaps show fans buying food and walking though the gates. Like 2K Baseball had.

6. Continue to make the Ball physics more realistic.

7. Please make the Bull Pen logic and manager decisions way smarter and more realistic.

8. Please continue to remove those slow and awkward animations and add lots and lost of much better new ones.

9. I still want Ball Girls for teams like the Phillies not just Ball Boys.

10. I also still want the rosin bag on the pitchers mound in real time not just in cut scenes.

11. Also I still want all players in the All Star game to wear their home team jersey.

12. I would like new animations for the bat boys.

Example showing them running to home plate to get the bats off the ground. 2K baseball has this.

13. I think it's time to add a lot of new models for the fans in the stands. No more twins please.

14. It's about time the player models got big improvements! I am not saying they are terrible but they are not on the level of NBA 2K17.

15. Please make the numbers on the back of the jerseys without names higher up please.

16. Also please add the new shirts and Jacket worn by the umpires for the 2016 season.

17. Upper deck camera behind home plate for Batting, pitching and fielding mainly used for CPU vs CPU games!

Number 15!!! I am glad someone else is pointing this out. Also, the emblems on cap and or helmets are too big or small. Please don't say the style guide. The bat boy's helmet emblrm for the Yankees is perfect proportion. Why not the same for the players?

Would be great if they could add some some presentation/commentary to try and add a bit of excitement for teams pushing for playoff spots a few weeks out from the end of the season.

I just finished the regular season of my rangers franchise finishing 2nd in the ALW, 5 games behind the mariners.
With a few weeks to go i was within half a game and had a few chances to go on top of the standings and even after i fell a few games behind i still had a battle with the angels in a important series which would help decide the race for a wildcard spot. I never saw or heard one mention of anything to do with mine or other teams fighting for playoff spots.
I don't think i would have even seen the team standing's shown more than 10 times during the whole season let alone once in the last few weeks.

I ended up securing the 2nd wildcard spot in the 2nd last game and again there was no mention of it at the end of the game or during the next game.

Can we make RTTS more immersive as a whole experience? It really just feels like player lock franchise.

Make the in game ticker bigger
Fix the throwing animations they are too slow
Update player models
Improve the grass
Any improvement to franchise mode or add on


This is easily my favorite sport game and I just want to see it improve.

Same request as last year....and the year before...

The Show Live Season Mode.

Where you can play with current rosters as it is now, but the mode saves your progress.

I like to play with realistic/accurate rosters but don't have the time to keep my rosters up to date with the actual ones.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but would like to see updates to the manager/coaching staff in season. The Braves fired Gonzales pretty early on, but he's been in the game all year. They update the rosters weekly, could they not have added Brian Snitker when he was named interim? And added Eddie Perez as the 1st base coach? That's a feature I'd like to see in 2K17.

Just a couple off the top of my head...

-When the regular season is winding down, commentary goes through potential postseason matchups/scenarios. Where teams sit in the standings, who was eliminated last night with a win/loss. What a team has to do to comeback. Just so you know what the other team's situations are even if you look at the standings after every game.

-In postseason, instead of having regular pitching rotation screen, before each series starts have a pop up asking you for your pitching rotation, who's pitching game 1,2,3 and 4. Instead of basing it off of pitching rotation. It's more realistic because before the series starts, a reporter asks the manager what the rotation is.

A Pitchout slider.

Just seeing the CPU pitcher give me free balls when a 60 SPD, 40 STA runner is on base just makes me wish I could simply turn down the pitchout tendency. That guy (or even worse, 60 SPD, 20 STA...) is going nowhere.

Even if you wanted to say "hit and run"...not with a K machine at the plate. Check the PVis, please AI?

It's one thing when it's even a 75/75 kind of guy in a possible steal situation/count, or a 60/40 with a contact guy (high PVis) at the plate where maybe a hit-and-run could be a thing, but 60/40 runner with a mediocre contact rate guy?

Oh and wildness of the pitcher...guy can't throw strikes that day, probably not good to give away more balls. But a guy that's on and dealing? I could see it then, he's got good stuff that day (or maybe in general), he could afford to be behind a little more.
