I'd like to quickly point out, KB...the more I see that sox logo, the more I'll assume you've diverted from being a Ravens fan into a NE pats fan.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

But I was watching that game, and when I saw Melvin make the move, I thought of this thread lol.

If ppl playing The Show saw a pitcher batting in an AL game...it would be anarchy & the game is 'broken'
You can actually, I got a warning message the other day before trying to move my DH to the field during the game and that I would have to have my pitcher hit in the DH spot for the rest of the game if I completed the move.
        Nice little touch.

Main note: I just found this thread and my morning instantly became 10x more awesome

Man The Pitcher gets hit way too much in this game, I didn't even get passed the 2nd batter before I was beaned in the "wallet" by a line drive up the middle ...and of course the runner makes it to first. This is ridiculous

This year's timing window is freaking dreadful. I can't hit to save my life; all I get are homers or strikeouts. Now I'm leading the league in Ks hitting and it's really making me mad.

            -Jays... and Gibbons by extension.

(I admit to being guilty of whining about this. I denounce myself.)

This game is ridiculous and you cannot tell me there is not a comeback code for certain teams at least. I can be leading the game against teams like the Cubs and Mets and come the 7th inning and the cpu won't let teams like those lose. This is ridiculous.

I had bases loaded with nobody out. I struck out twice and then grounded out to first and didn't score a run. Cheating AI.

The game this year is rigged. No matter how I play my players, they keep hitting into the shift like mad. The shift is BS and shouldn't even be in baseball, never mind the game.

How we get more hit variety in this game?

Seems like everything we hit is just one kind of hit, and mostly just boring ground balls all the time. Do we need to change our solid hits slider or something?

Same here, I never see a flyball in this game. What the heck is with that?

What are you talking about, man? I'm getting them all the time and a lot of them are stupid pop ups. The hitting system in this game sucks. Influencing up shouldn't mean I just pop out more.

Amateurs... at least you're getting ground balls. All I can do is give the umpire dirty looks as I <strike>walk</strike> trudge back to the dugout.

So I simmed the first month of the season and Matt Harvey is 2-4 with 4.76 ERA and only has 21 Ks. The sim engine in this game is broken PERIOD!
