    Managing strategies

Just curious if anyone uses any managerial strategies that go against the norm in their franchise/games? Could be lineup construction, bullpen usage, piggy backing SPs, etc. More importantly, are you seeing success in doing so?

I like to have another leadoff type guy in my 9 spot. Not necessarily out of the norm. I also usually keep a SP in my bullpen

I have a mental block when it comes to pitching with lefties (because of the meter).
End result, I don't pitch lefty vs lefty batter, even though circumstance might dictate that I should. I don't even like to keep a lefty pitcher on my team. Thankfully I don't have the same problem batting left-handed. I guess that might be more idiosyncrasy than 'strategy', but it's what I do

My strategy for my Brewers is speed. I do a speed then a contact guy line up. It's so fun to watch my guys steal bases I have to bump up the CPU steal frequency to make them go.

I think the base running attribute only focuses on if they will try to turn a double into a triple for example. Also considering my player lock character has good speed also so my team can get into position to score a lot of runs.

They mentioned manager profiles for coaches on the twitch stream but I've to see the CPU use for example small ball strategy!

I'm trying to take the young Brewers to the World Series 162 games all the way
