I'm also looking for a bit of input on choosing a team. I'm leaning towards the NL because of the extra strategy involved without the DH.

However since everything is so ratings based a lot of teams have rosters that really don't require much substitutions, especially if the CPU isn't focusing too heavily on the lefty/right relief pitcher matchups.

I would like to find a team that has a roster that requires a few managerial decision each game so that the bench gets some use. Right now I'm leaning towards the mets because their roster does lend itself to some platooning and subs.

I've played with quite a few teams now but just wondering from other peoples experience if there's any teams they've been using that match what I'm looking for. (If its an AL team that's cool too)

So that's what i will be doing.
Exactly what I'm doing. Waiting for the OSFM to start my Angels franchise so I found a decent roster online with some real prospects in it and started a Brewers franchise. A couple young pitchers with good potential and maybe 3 position players that you can build around but that's it. But I'll be trading Lucroy and Braun for prospects at the deadline if not sooner.
