Does anyone think the stat overlays will be fixed?

What do you guy's think? In the next regular patch will they fix the stat overlays? I have noted a few times on here that I really hope they show updated stats trough out the game instead of just the first at bat. Do we think this will get fixed or changed? Man I really hope so. I also hope they show more rankings during the game I rarely see the top 10 rankings anymore.

I am also REALLLY hoping they patch this in! I don't understand why they appear sometimes after the first AB, but most of the time it's not there.

Stat overlays, franchise mode updates (I never see)?? Am I missing something? I have the option turned on. The more stats given in a game being played the better. I'd rather see it then rather than sifting through season stats screens.

And how about the "everyone has been caught stealing 5 times" bug that has been in since last year?

Or how about this stat overlay bug?!? The "first career Home Run" overlay shows up in EVERY GAME in my offline franchise when the first homer of a game is hit.

This was there last year. This fix/workaround was to start the very first game of the MLB season like you're going to play it. Then sim game to end and exit. Play as normal then with your team and that problem was fixed. I assume it's the same this year.

So each day, I pick the first game on the schedule and enter it as if I were going to play it, then fast forward to the end and exit. Then choose my game and play it, and then it should be gone?

What is that bug with the first career HR stuff???

TO me that is a HUGE bug. This happens to everyone??

Can you explain the work around better as well, please?

Just tried this method, and it didn't work... The work around post says to pick the first MLB game of the season and enter and fast forward it, but I can't... I'm already 2 weeks into my Franchise. Any further help you can give would be great!

You must play the top of the 1st inning of the first game of Season/Franchise (Cubs/Cards), I played entire first game and did not have any problems.

You have to start a new Franchise/ Season.

This actually doesn't bother me because that's how TV broadcasts did it when I was a kid. I thought you were gonna be talking about how the on the secondary line (where it shows current series stats) a lot of a time it's all blanks, like it literally says "AVG - HR - RBI - OBP -" below their stat line instead of ... whatever it's supposed to say. Obnoxious bug.

I'd never seen or heard of that "first career HR" glitch, but I play as the Cubs and play every game, so maybe I got out of it because of that.
