This didn't work for me. I think it's treating whatever User settings I have set as default as supreme. Further, when setting up a franchise it asks you to decide what is auto vs manual, and this seems to over-ride the custom settings as well.



Did anyone get this to work and can explain how?

Go into mode-specific options. That’s where you can change it around.

Went into Mode Specific and changed everything. It asks you to save changes, I say yes. Every team then becomes the same setup even if they have different profiles. When I go to my team and reset the setup in mode specific, it asks use as default or save. I press use as default, every team becomes the same setup. I know I am doing something wrong or missing something but can't figure it out.

Did you assign the different profiles to the teams? When i change the set up I do a save and rename so I know what it is; then I go to the set team associations and assign them that set up.

Save and rename what? The user profile? I haven’t noticed this helping. I have tried various profiles and none stick.

I will try to walk you through it.

1. Set up your franchise, make sure all 30 teams are selected. At this point, what profile you have set up for them doesn't really matter.

2. One the franchise is set up, go to user settings. Up at the top, it will have the profile you are currently using. Go to "Save Changes" then click on "create New" It will create a new profile (will be called Custom 1 or custom 2) Now click on save changes, and change name. Now you can name this profile whatever you want (Mine is Tigers)

3. Repeat step 2, and name the new profile (Other teams)

4. Hit the R1 button until it is on the profile you will use FOR YOUR TEAM Make any changes to this profile so the settings are how you want them for your team. (They will save automatically)

5. Hit R1 until it is on the profile you want to use for the remaining 29 teams. Make changes so the settings are on what you want them for those teams.

6. Next, go to Settings File Associations. Here, you can set the profile for each team. Set your team to the profile you use, and the other 29 teams to the other profile.

Your problem is you're selecting default. Which in hand turns all settings in mode to default. Meaning all 29 other teams take on whatever you set.

Set settings accordingly and save. Never default in chise mode

Does not work for me the Current Default overrides the team file associations even if I follow the steps.

Anyone else experiencing this ?

Sorry about the audio quality I had the game volume in my mic have way too high. On another note you are right even if you do not click your fault and switch through teams it's still carries over to what you have originally selected. However it seems would have said in the file settings associations trumps everything else I am not 100% I will do another stream tonight testing this but as long as you do not change settings within the mode you should be good to go

Thanks for all the advice and help. I will give it a try hopefully by this weekend. I have a 2 month old at home so game time is very limited.
