Just came from behind against the Brewers 5-4. Moss hit a tying homer in the 8th and then Peralta drove home Matt Adams who had doubled to go ahead.

Playing with PADs Legend Sliders. Went up 4-1 after an inning. Played like crap until the 8th where I trailed 9-5. Bases loaded for Cesar Hernandez....hit a 330ft BOMB GS(lol) at Yankee Stadium down the line to tie the game. 10 minutes later I lost the game and preferred I never hit that GS and just lost in 9. Those types of games affect you so much more mentally than any other.

Last time I hit a HR with a pitcher was Gallardo in MLB 14. Its almost shocking when it happens cuz most of the time ur jacked when your pitcher is able to line one over the infield.

World Series Game 7, top 9, down 3-2, runner on first two outs

Papelbon throws a high fastball and Danny Valencia crushes it off the left field foul pole!!! I was fist pumping like Tiger Woods

Madson and Doolittle combined to strike out the side in the bottom half and seal the championship win

            Top 8, up 4-2.

Twins trying to rally. I lifted Sale with 2 outs.

Tazawa gives up 2 hits. Runners on 1st+2nd with 2 out.

Chapman comes in. He's all over the place this time and gives up a lined single to RF. Ichiro charges and comes up firing. The throw is an absolute strike to the plate. Runner out. Inning over.

Next half inning. Man on for Chris Carter. He's 0-for-3. He's staring at the sombrero. Reliever tries a 1-0 slider. Carter lines it up and hits a 2-run shot to make it 6-2.

Went from Twins threatening to make it a 1-run game and maybe tie to a 4-run lead in the 8th.

            Chapman stays in for the 9th. 1, 2, 3 strikes, you're out. 1, 2, 3 strikes, you're out. 1, 2, 3 strikes, you're out.

May game with the Tigers against Oakland: Oakland has first and third no outs after botching a sure fire double play with me up 2-1. Sanchez pitches out of it with a K, pop up to short right, and a ground out. Had me pumped. Love that this game really makes you work to get through innings!

                Re: Fist Pump Moments

Just had my biggest fist pump in years.

ALCS, my Mariners up 3 games to 2 over the Indians. My RTTS guy playing center field.

                Mariners up 6 to 4.

Top of the 9th, 1 out. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with Brantley at the plate. Single would tie the game.

My RTTS guy has a 68 arm strength and 68 accuracy. In two years of playing center field, I've never registered an outfield assist.

In order to have a chance, I have to move my guy in about 20 feet from normal outfield depth. If Brantley hits it over my head, the game is probably lost. I go for it.

I creep up as far as I can before the pitch. Pitcher delivers. Bam! Hard grounder right at me. I charge as hard as I could. I almost use the cutoff man button out of habit but remembered at the last second to throw it home. Hop, step, fire! Ball sails through the air, one hop strike right to the catcher. Catcher grabs it and just barely gets the runner before he tags the plate.

Game over. Seattle Mariners ALCS champs.

My neighbors probably think I'm a crazy person for yelling at my TV but I don't care. It was glorious.

Was down 2-1 going into the bottom of the ninth. I put one across to send it to extra innings.. Couldn't do anything at all, but ending up getting the dub after 18 innings.

My last game against the Reds I won on a bases loaded walk in extra innings. Walked 6 times overall in that game.

This is silly but I'm posting it anyway. I'm anyway and when you're you never have to explain yourself.

For the first time ever since 06 when I started playing this series, I got an actual life-like doubled off situation against the CPU.

They put the hit-and-run on. Batter hits a liner towards third. Gallo leaps up to make a one-handed grab. Runner at first was like two steps from second and Gallo just had to make an easy throw to first to double off.

First time ever not getting one of those pure luck liner-at-1B-who-happened-to-step-on-the-bag ones. This was a true risk of hit-and-run play biting them scenario.

At first I did a "wow" and then a fist pump because it really helped salvage the inning.

                        Re: Fist Pump Moments

This is not so much an exciting moment that led to a fist pump, but I was fist pumping the entire game as Mike Leake threw 8 innings of 4 hit ball allowing 1 run. The reason for the fist pump is that Leake is a sinker ball pitcher and in his 24 outs, 18 came the way of the groundout, 3 by strike out and the other three combination of pop ups or fly out. Very satisfying to get that many ground ball outs with a sinker ball pitcher.

                          Re: Fist Pump Moments

My biggest fist pump moments are striking out the side, particularly with 1 or more runners reaching base to start the inning.

Just this AM was losing to the Cubs 3-2, got an infield single in the top of 9th, stole 2nd , advanced to 3rd on a wild pitch, and scored on a sac fly. Then with 2 outs AJ Reed ripped a homer over the RF wall to give me a 4-3 lead.

Closer comes in and promptly walks the first guy. Then 3 K's for the save. Big fist pump from me there!

It was only spring training but still what a game!

Davis hitting his 500th HR...which also happened to be a walkoff in the 14th.

I pumped my fist, punched the dog (accidentally, he was in my lap) and he looked at me like "dude, really?"
