I'm almost 100 games into my franchise, playing every pitch. I have guys warm up for two innings a few times a week, and I've never noticed it effecting them in a negative way. I know that it seemed like it did in the PS3 versions. Back then, guys would get tired just warming up if you left them in there long enough.

as for relievers if you warm them up too long it depletes stamina.Comment

I had jeff samarzajfaj(however its spelled) toss 120 pitches one game to save the pen. When it came to his next start he was at 80% stamina. Matter fact he had similar stamina to my next starter in the rotation so one more day and hed have been back to 100%.
