I agree 100% on Nick Hundley. I used him in my Rockies franchise and hit .330 with him on HoF. I have no idea why but he's so solid.

Yimi Garcia RP turned him into a closer and he's been incredible. Not hard to get either.

I'm looking for a bona-fide leadoff guy in my Dodgers franchise--someone who plays either MIF or OF who has speed, average to plus defense, and one of those short, quick strokes.

Who fits that bill on your value list?

I'd look into Ender Inciarte, he fits that role very well. Maybe a Leonys Martin or Odubel Herrera in center. Jean Segura is also very fast and a decent contact hitter for a middle infielder.

[QUOTE=CurburEnthusiasm;2048244508]So far in my franchise my top two value player's are #1 Leonys Martin, #2 Corey Dickerson.

Update: I'd like to renounce my nomination of Corey Dickerson. He's officially been demoted to the miners.

Inciarte & Segura was the 1st two players that came to my mind to fit what he's looking for. I've been trying to think of others but coming up blank. Xander Bogaerts might be another but he has more power.

Jose Altuve but he too again has more power. Two other players would be Sterling Marte from the Pirates & Martin Prado from the Marlins.

Really like using him. I also like Jason Castro I can hit home runs no problem with him even with his low power ratings. I think he has more than Carlos Correa George Springer and Evan Gattis combined in my Astros franchise.

Good pitcher I like is Pat Neshek, he is in the mid 80's I think but he pitches like a star pitcher at least in year 1.

Michael Feliz is also good. Really only his fastball is dependable for me but very rarely can batters get a hit on that fastball.
I traded for Gonzalez this year after having him in a 2013 Astros career. I have not been disappointed in 2016. He's hitting a combined .325 between HOU and COL.

Paulsen is excellent along with a big surprise in Ryan Raburn who has 20 homers for me in July!

My Cubs franchise needed some speed at the trade deadline so I grabbed Dyson, Gentry, and Bonifacio.

Nick Hundley and Blackmon from the Rockies. Both are ripping it up in my franchise so far.

Can completely agree and back up the Hundley claim. He was outstanding in my first year of my Rockies franchise. He constantly came through big hitting behind Arenado and CarGo. Unfortunately, he retired after that season for me.

As for another guy from the Rockies, look at Mike Tauchman. He's a minor league CF with excellent contact. He lacks a little bit in the speed department, but like I said, his contact is great and he actually has sneaky power.

Every year for me its Yangervis Solarte.

Can play 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF.

Switch hitter, always hits for great numbers and pop for me

Evan Gattis is worth looking at, can play a corner outfield spot or catcher.

Hits for good power and contact, can be acquired pretty cheaply due to his age, and because of his ability to play multiple positions and be a good DH is a really good bench guy to have. Got him and a B level pitcher for Colabello and one of my D-level scrubs and haven't looked back.

Another good guy to consider for the future is Dalton Pompey. I already had him in my franchise but by the end of the first year he had grown to a 74 fielder with 50-60 contact and stole 10 bases during a September call-up with a .280 avg and 8 doubles. If you have any older FA's who you don't want to keep around and are looking for a young outfielder with tools, this guy has to be considered. Something tells me he will explode when he gets regular playing time for me next year(he's currently on the bench during the ALCS). Doesn't have Odubel Herrera speed but he has enough to beat out the choppers down the line and to regularly squeeze out that extra base on liners to the corners or into the gap.
