Yankees are adding a Budweiser Party Deck in sections 311 & 328 I know ya can't use the Budweiser sign but a generic one would do just fine.

      Issue: Immersion. Rogers Center

Easy to replicate just randomly searched any jays game video at Rogers centre

Problem: Too many away fans or fans not wearing jays colours behind home/in the stands.

Jays lead the al in attendance and had a packed house almost every night but watching videos like below break immersion due to the colours/clothes people behind home and in the stands are wearing. Just look at the first 5 seconds of the video below and you'll see fans wearing red.

Just read this on Uni Watch. PNC Park is removing the dirt patches between the dugouts and home plate.

        MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies
        NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers
        NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins
        NBA: Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic
NCAA: Penn State Nittany Lions, Boston College Eagles

I'm very excited to play in Sun Trust Park. Especially since the Braves organization allowed access to just about everything.

Russell, How is Sun Trust coming along? Any sneak previews?

Agreed. There should be no red in the Blue Jays crowd. It just looks so wrong, and it seems like it would be an easy fix.

During an at-bat, player stats are displayed like this (first at-bat and later both shown) I personally don't care about player hometown or DOB, as long as the stats get in with the yellow font and all that, I think we're good:

This might be too specific, but on strikeouts, we get this on all four video boards (all Ks are reversed on caught looking):

There's the Nuveen ad in left field now, so some generic THESHOW would cover that.

And a couple pics from Google that I didn't get good angles of last night:

Right field video board displays pitcher's ball/strike/total on the lower portion of the center.

              Spoiler

LED banner hanging off the upper deck is half ads, half game info. Specifically, inning/score, batter last name and avg, and b/s/o.

The batters box lines do not degrade during the game. And you guys know about
the vines not changing properly. They are actually starting to brown again during the playoffs.

The batter's box chalk does fade during the game... at different rates. More runs = more fading.

I don't think the ivy fading back to brown was ever coded in. Very good point though. Historically, there haven't been many post-metachromatic games played at Wrigley (it's ok, I'm a Cubs fan lol). The typical baseball fan probably never even realized this was a cycle with the ivy. That said, I think it would be a very cool thing to add.

We're working on it, the stadium itself not any sneak peaks ;-).

It would be great to see some this Dodger Stadium art find its way to The Show:

Especially since some of The Show's mid-inning transitions already focus on this area, and it's basically just a big blank wall in the game.

Re: MLB 17 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread

Something that has bugged me over the years is in Angel Stadium, the sections and aisles are oddly spaced throughout the park, especially in the upper deck. Notice how there are very wide aisles for every tunnel, and extremely small sliver aisles in between them. In reality there are more aisles than represented, even two between the tunnels in some areas. There is also a walkway the goes across the entire upper deck at the same level as the tunnels that doesn't appear to be in the game.

Also a bit of weirdness on the field level. There's another "sliver" aisle right behind the dugout that looks wrong, and the spacing is a little off between the aisles. I also noticed there aren't any aisles in 200 section which is the section behind the field level walkway where the tunnels are.

I don't know how difficult it would be to fix this issue, or if anything can be done about it this year, but it does look odd to me and I thought I'd bring it up.

Yeah, and the color is obviously wildly off and into fantasy zone territory. The guys really need to get down on true to life coloring. All PS4s will even have HDR now so there is no point in games continuing to look so miscolored on the field like this. I mean the grass is nearly going blue in the game shot lol.

Look, I'm not trying to beat a dead horse but I can't help but laugh at those pics. It's horrid. It does actually need to be changed too. That isn't how a sim should look, and it isn't that hard to change the field coloring. So why do we still have a field that looks like this? Maybe the PS3 was holding us back or maybe people just refuse to buckle down and push out quality fields. I would hope it is the former.

Slab for some reason at Wrigley the chalk lines don't fade during the game. It happened after one of the patches this year I believe.

The grass and dirt in MLB The Show are in need of a major upgrade!

I hope the PS4 Pro and HDR will help in doing so.
