I really just want the draft to be revamped.

#1- Please make the draft pool static. You could restart the draft and get an entire batch of new players every time. If there's a Bryce Harper prodigy in the draft pool I want him to come out every time.

#2- Ties in with #1...but the prospect ages get out of whack down the road because of #1.

#3- Give them a college if they are a college player in the US. Add to their "personality"

#4- Give the prospects a scouting report with some language or at least a ceiling/floor comparison. Example: Player A is a starter who projects as a #1/#2 as a ceiling and a #5 as a floor.

#5- Have a better floor of OVR ratings. Guys in the 40's who take 10 years to get to the bigs. Make the system better so that a guy could encounter more ups/downs than just an absolute Mt. Everest to climb.

I agree that's what it looks like and it would be a change. I wasn't aware anybody else had noticed it which is why I posted the information.

Injury Model - see NHL & NBA2K for reference

most longshot feature of all but it's about time.. collision physics are not apart of the game yet but even without it, there's enough injury logic in this game to create an injury model.

The only bigger wish I have than that is a proper Spring Training to have a fair shot at setting up my franchise for the year ahead but I give up on asking for that, no I don't. It needs to be done before the year 2024.

I have been hoping for this (import players into existing franchise) for years!!!
I would love it too, huge time saver.

I've seen teams irl put all 4 IF on one side before, would like to see stuff like that added.
With non roster invitees, I'd actually play spring training.

Nice one. Agree on that big time. Injuries are good but I would like to see lingering effects, rehab games, Tommy John etc.

I wouldn't mind a "comparable player" note for each draftee, but that might be difficult to do with so many past and present players.

Add the option to apply roster updates to in-progress season/franchise. Trades might not be possible, but I'd like to see player attributes update and maybe add new players to the FA pool or to the minor league roster.

2 hours away from the stream......still excitement in the air for me. I have a feeling we have not seen everything just yet nor know the under the hood improvements which are important.

The Gamestop "Show Mondays" are meant to be short quick hitters. And while I believe a lot our wants will be delayed another year there is still a chance. Also, it is never too early to start reminding devolopers what hardcore Franchise players are wanting included in the game, even if we don't see it in 2017.

So why not list the items you hope to see tomorrow in what could be an early 2018 wishlist as well? It is way more constructive than attack folks for wanting something or for being underwhelmed. One request, if you don't like something someone suggest, move on. No need to attack anyone's ideas in this thread. And even if "you've already heard that 17 won't have that" there is no need to rain on anybody's parade here. Just let these list be about being hopeful.

With all that said, here's my hopeful list of features I hope, no matter how much a long shot or not, are shown tomorrow. And if they aren't mentioned tomorrow, I hope to be noticed and see them in 2018.

                          1. Playable Single A teams and Rookie league
                          2. Editable draft classes
                          3. Winter ball (I don't need to play this. Would be nice if I could assign some younger or struggling players to league and see if helps them evolve.
                          4. Rain delays, rain outs and rescheduled double headers
                          5. International free agents.
                          6. Improved Free agent logic.
                          7. Better predraft scouting info
                          8. Real minor league stadiums or a stadium creator.
                          9. Stadium promos that help improve attendance and are mentioned
                          10. Multi-team trades with multiple parts.

While some of these I already expect we will not see, others I am hopeful. Tomorrow we shall see. Lets see what features you're hoping for next.
I for one would love playable single A teams. To often I feel the need to rush an 18 year old to Double A to streamline his progression through production.

Judging by the videos I am seeing the ratings seem like they have been lowered this year as well. Where as an 80 overall or above was a slightly above average major leaguer or potential all star, it seems like 75 overall will be that bench mark this year.

I'd love to have that back and have my team's success more directly impact my budget, as opposed to simply having the AI owner decide the budget.

If not that, then at the very least, if I win a WS, my budget shouldn't be cut 10%.

NINJA EDIT: I specified 08 because I remember having a 120 year franchise going for that game, and its taken me till MLB 16 to even get past 20 years again.
The travel options was an interesting feature, but in this day and age it is highly unrealistic. The problem with transportation method was whatever you selected became your default mode of transpo for the year. The dodgers are not going to travel to new York via bus after a home stand. Most teams charter flights nowadays as is.
