Those panels are most definitely not glass. They are a solid grey wall when everything is shut. It was refreshing yesterday though to see the panels, and roof open. Was able to snap this during my lunch. My itch for opening day has become a full on rash!

Correct. Those panels are not see through but they do have them open during rain if the weather is warm enough and it's not raining in. So roof closed, panels open does happen irl.

With auto-base running enabled, are the "L1 to advance" and similar on-screen commands still present? Not sure why these were added in 16. I remember this being a problem for other users as well and the conclusion was that users were "accidentally" hitting the button which caused runners to advance. If I wanted to control the base runners, I would not have set base running to auto.

They only use that combo 5 times or less each year, if I am correct? And only to release humidity from the ballpark. Was there for a game in July 2014, and they had to close it all the way up to due to storms. You would have swore you were at an aquatic center when you walked out of the stadium afterwards.

Phillies fan any updates to Citizens bank Park I haven't seen any pics or streams that the Phils were in.

Ehh. Pretty disappointing to be honest. Flags in Ashburn Alley finally have years on them though.

The Liberty Bell is still not lit properly. Lit all white as in previous versions of the game. In real life it should only be the outline of the bell lit and usually it is blue or red.

The new right field scoreboard is in. However it is not even close to being the HD screen it is in real life. They have it as an LED screen that just shows the innings along with hits, runs and errors for both teams.

The main scoreboard at the bottom finally has team logos instead of the name of the team.

No dreads for Maikel Franco and Freddy Galvis. Cesar Hernandez has the same face from 15 and 16.

Odubel Herrera finally has a face scan and it is incredible.

I'm pretty sure fireworks after home runs is finally gone.

Not much love for the Phillies again this year unfortunately.

Are there selectable Stars and Stripes hats? Saw it in one of the streams, so I wasn't sure if it was just for the dev kit or not

I've been told they're in the game but it's one of the things that aren't supposed to be said so people with advance copies are being told to not show them.

If they are in the game then they are very well hidden. I have been thru every uniform combination and Create a Player and i did not see them anywhere.

Remember pressing square at the uniform select screen brings up the individual mix and match options. Did you try that?

Sorry brain is in overload state, what numbers should be there?

The numbers are there, but like in real life, I guess from what I have seen, Piazza is not up there yet. But there is a space open just like I saw in a pic of the stadium.

My guess is like Jackie Robinson day, the hats are only hard-coded to be used on specific days (July 4th? Or a similar patriotic day?) and possibly only by specific teams as well.

This sure seems possible because they were definitely in a recent stream under the Orioles individual cap selections. There seems to be no reason to remove them if they were just recently in. We shall see.
