Trying all-star across the board this year.

My first game was a nail biter last night Cubs Vs Cards. Carlos Martinez against Jake Arrieta.

As the Cards, I scratched out 2 runs in 8 innings while holding the Cubs scoreless. Brett Cecil made it interesting in the 8th allowing several runners before escaping on a double play.

In the 9th, Oh let both Bryant and Rizzo on base, got two outs, and then served up a homer to Jason Heyward (GRRRR).

Bottom of the 9th Yadi got a leadoff single and then Peralta hit a walk off homer (my first homer in 17).

      HoF like every year.

Edit: Although, I might bump it up to Legend as my RttS player is hitting .600 three weeks into the season. Default sliders.

Hall of Fame default sliders for hitting and pitching. I never mess with sliders in the Show and play the game with default sliders. Had the game since Friday and for me, the game plays great on default sliders.

          Pitching: Meter
          Hitting: Zone and Button

          Strike Zone: Off
          PCI: Off
          Hot/Cold Zone: Off

          Fielding View: Medium

All Star for both Hitting and Pitching so far. Hitting on All Star seems about the same as last year's game. Pitching, I'm not sure. My first Play Now game I was playing as the Mariners, I had James Paxton on the mound. I was up 2-0 through 5 2/3 - Paxton had allowed only 2 hits, struck out 9 and didn't walk anyone. I was thinking I would bump up to HoF for Pitching. Then BOOM. I game up a double, single, single, and then a Home Run, and just like that I was down 4-2.

I wasn't even mad, the 3 run Home Run I gave up was a beautiful example of the new ball physics. Was playing the White Sox and Tim Anderson hooked a line drive down the left field line, just barely clearing the fence and just inside the foul pole. It was so pretty.

I will be starting on AS for hitting and pitching using directional hitting and classic pitching. I may up my pitching to HOF like I did for 16 as it felt better with my slider set and classic.

I'll be starting with both hitting and pitching on All-Star and tinker with sliders from there. If it's like last year I'll bump pitching to Hall of Fame. In the 3 games I've played I've dominated on the mound so that likely will be happening soon.

I have been using Legend pitching and All-Star hitting, but I won't be able to find out until Saturday since my schedule is booked up IRL.

Normally use AS for hitting and pitching, using Armor's sliders. Tempted to just run default this year as I'm tired of messing with sliders. Thinking of a trial run of 20-30 games of dynamic to dial in my level and settling there for my franchise. Pitching is always easy for me but a struggle at the dish.

Starting in all star and see how that plays, any higher seems to get impossible to finish teams off lol

I usually use Dynamic and float between All Star and Vet.

Hitting Dynamic, because I'm probably drinking when I'm playing.

                                AllStar for Pitching and Throwing.

I'm a pure analog player, and I never adjust sliders in any sports game.
