The PHILS SP staminas are low. Take a look at them. Also take a look at their durability.

First game of QC post patch 1.05 (it's a new one, released this morning). This NEVER happened before now with runs on the board, period.

Note that I'm checking bullpen as well. They didn't get up until the mid 80's and after Rizzo's hit.

        Default sliders.

As these quick pulls were happening in simmed games too I just did some testing.

Looking at 1-0 game NYM vs. STL, Harvey went 7, Garcia 8.
an extra inning game that went 13, deGrom went 7, Teheran 7
          1-0 game Syndergard went 7, Foltynewicz 6.1
          2-1 game Dickey went 7, Davies 7.1
          3-2 game Hahn went 6, Keuchel 7
          2-2 in the 5th Cashner goes 5, Fiers 6.1
          1-0 in the 6th Keuchel goes 6.2, Shoemaker 6
          0-0 in the 6th, Nova goes 7, Arroyo 7.1
          2-0 in the 6th, Tallion goes 6, Adleman 6.1
          4-3 in the 5th Chatwood goes 7, Cahill 5
          0-0 in the 5th Walker goes 7, Anderson 6
          0-0 in the 6th Wojciechowski goes 8, Bundy 6.1
          2-0 in the 6th Ganaka goes 9, Arroyo 6

Those look much better to me.

I have found with the 17 rosters, that stamina edits and these sliders help maintain proper cpu logic in Quick Manage games:

            starter stamina - 3

            reliever sta - 0

            manager hook - 10

sim stats with cpu vs cpu, with no human interaction:

            starter stamina - 6

            reliever sta - 0

            manager hook - 4

I have tested hundreds of games.

The squeaky wheel got the oil.

I just finished a game where the Dodgers won 9-0 and Kershaw pitched a complete game throwing 129 pitches - completely unrealistic. They "fixed" the problem by reverting back to previous code.

Don't see how that's an issue, every previous year we were able to solve that through sliders.

I wouldn't say completly unrealistic he threw 116,114,112 in 3 games last year

I have to agree somewhat with tessl. They fixed it, but I am seeing 2 to 4 CG a day around the league that I may lower my SP stamina back to 5.

There was no apparent penalty or not enough of a penalty for stamina reaching zero. Not just Kershaw but any pitcher was capable of it.

Far from realistic. They said prior to March 28 there was a fix in which when a pitcher's stamina reached a certain level his attributes dropped significantly. It has only happened once but I'd hate to see them revert to previous code just because the squeaky wheel squeaked loudly enough.

You're making a conclusion based off of one game and calling something unrealistic that has happened.

after much testing, I have found that:

                              *starter stamina - 10

                              *reliever stamina - ZERO

                              *manager hook - 9

works very well when you compare SP's that pitch - 200-IP's, 190, 180, 170, and 160 on the season.

you should leave the starter/reliever stamina as they are. you can fluctuate the manager hook to 7, 8, and 10 and you will still get good results.
