Still debating between the Rockies (sick lineup) Dbacks (young, good overall team) and Pirates (young pitching and sick outfield)

Gigantic error, especially considering in real life they only wear two different uniforms. One of which is suddenly wrong and somehow got by them and they shipped out anyway.

Thanks for the replies so far they are really good. Red Sox are a team I though of a lot. Probably the best stadium, im a Price and Pedrioa fan, and their GM is Dombrowski who was the Tigers last GM.

not to stray too far off topic but I'm still hopeful this isnt an art problem but just a line of code that needs fixed.
You gonna wait til osfm hits to decide on a team? If so maybe the Tiger road jersey will be fixed by then, if possible.

Coldarmy, you gonna do a Tigers franchise now or a Red Sox?

                  Franchise Team Help.

I started a Tigers one. So that's there but I can't play that one all the time since I'm so familiar with them. So I'm still looking and being indecisive about one where I can comfortably play around with trades and what not. Teams like Boston, Seattle, Atlanta, I don't know I do this every year. I'll play around eye balling rosters, stadiums and jerseys and be flip flopping like crazy.. next thing I know it's been a few hours and I haven't played a game.

Still looking for help or even tips if anyone has the same indecisiveness problem I do.

My Tigers are 3-1 btw. Opened my series with Boston with a walk off two run homer by JD Martinez while being down 1 in.

Do some exhibition games with the potential options. They might seem interesting and then end up boring. Then, just pick. Play the game!

Hadn't thought about the Rockies but that could be a really good one. Find a way to fix that pitching staff.

I ended up using the Braves for my franchise. The high draft pick, tradable veterans, and prospects they have actually worked out well. I don't know if you use the OSFM with "historical" free agents available but Terahan Otani and Foltynewicz are a decent 1-3 rotation. One thing I notice they are hurting with is speed! Inciarte has speed but low steal rating, after that Swanson is a 71 speed guy, the prospects with speed are not MLB ready

I really like playing with the Brewers. They have a great starting point with guys like Jonathan Villar, Orlando Arcia, Keon Broxton, Domingo Santana, Travis Shaw, and Hernan Perez. They also have Ryan Braun, who can get a really good return if you need to trade him.

Have you played in Safeco? I was thinking about Seattle as an option for franchise, loaded up an exhibition game, and quit before then end of the first inning.

The backdrop behind the pitcher is a mish-mash of steal beams, right behind the pitchers release point. Drove me crazy.

FWIW the Braves will be good in the game if you are planning to play a few years. I've simmed way ahead and many of their prospects developed into all stars.

I don't know what tradable veterans your talking about though. Dicky, Colon, and Philips aren't going to get you anything worth keeping. Plus pitching with the old guys is awesome!

Matt Kemp, I'm definitely going to trade that guy.

I actually use manage only mode in my franchises. I'm going to look at Seattle and Colorado here in a minute.

Also debating on either a Red Sox or Yankee dynasty. Sox have the edge on their starters/line up/stadium. Yankees have he elite bullpen and edge in uniforms. Also use two different types of helmets on the road and at home.
