Re: I just want to say thanks.

I love the game, I've been playing since '10 and I'll say this is easily one of my favorite iterations of the annual release. My only gripe right now is the simple fact that my tigers have no names on the back of their road uniforms! It just boggles my mind how that could've been missed but I'm still enjoying the game as I do every year so thanks indeed to SDS, just please fix those uniforms!

Thanks for again bringing back the stride and removing the practice swing for those of us who use a certain technique before each swing. This is a pretty minor detail but to those of us who play online this is huge because my opponents would often complain that I was practice swinging too much 'causing them to think i was being cocky.

Just want to thank everybody that's posted for showing your gratitude towards the SDS team, and for keeping all comments on topic and nice.

It's really been nice that this thread has actually done what I wanted it too and not gotten sidetracked or railroaded like a lot of these tend to be.

        Just thanks again to everyone.

Re: I just want to say thanks.

The game is a 9 offline. But online is a 3. The amount of problems that's game breaking is inexcusable and I'm not giving them a pass.

The fact that they are so silent on social media now, when before the game was released they was tweeting every minute. It's a slap to the face to people that supported them since MLB 2006 so no they won't get a thanks from me until they fix the problems.

The customer is always the first priority. You don't buy something broken then say "hey I like this broken product. Thanks" to the seller. C'mon now

There's always going to be negativity when things aren't going as smoothly as they should, and I am apart of that, and I've shared my opinions on the dev team through and through.

Now I know there have been a few ups, and many many downs following the launch, but the team is working to resolve them and as angry as us online players can and will be for the time being, once the server issues are resolved and everything is operating like a well oiled machine, we'll be the first to comment on how awesome everything is.

With that, I say thank you to the devs, for delivering a fun experience for my buddies and I to take part in.

Now I'm not straight fanboying the game, there are issues. But I'm absolutely in love with this year's game and will no doubt play more this year than last, and I played soooooooooo many games last year.

Anyway I'm just saying thanks for this year's game, and keep them coming guys!

There's a difference between negativity and constructive criticism. I love this franchise, and always have. I offer criticism and point out errors in an effort to make the game I love that much more perfect. I won't speak for everyone here, but none of my comments are intended to be an insult towards the development team.

That being said, I am thankful for what they do.

I agree. The servers suck, but the game is great. So to the devs who build the actual game itself, fantastic job. Server/network team needs some help though.

Thank you for all your hard work. This is the biggest jump in one year that I've seen and I've been playing The Show since 2007. Keep up the great work, don't get complacent and always strive for realism.
