Sometimes you can do everything right and still lose. Just the way the game works, same as real life.

As far as the game goes others have mentioned plenty of things that can alleviate the issue. I also have to say out of any of the sports games out there I believe The Show is by far the least scripted one. I have seen things happen in this game favoring me and go against me that there is no way that anything like it could happen in any other game.

I've blown a 10 run lead before and I've come back from a 7 run deficit this year. Its not scripted, there is no "Comeback" or "Anti-Comeback" code. It's just the game of baseball.

I have never complained about any aspect of The Show, and here's why: Up until late 2014, I was an Xbox 360 guy, so I was stuck playing that other game. Now I'm in heaven. Instead of focusing on the few minor problems with The Show, I've realized just how lucky we are with this game, which is, without a doubt, the best sports game on the market.

If you choose to focus on the few problems it has, then you're really missing out on a great experience. The bugs (imo) are few and far between, and when they do occur, I chalk them up as the kind of random oddities that occur in real baseball. It's all about the way you look at it. If you really want to enjoy the game, then you will.

It truly is the greatest sports game out there. I used to think that was NBA 2k but it is clearly this game. Sure every game has its quirks but I feel like The Show is the closest to the actual sport compared to Madden and 2k.

This game is so scripted. 3 meatballs pulled with absolute perfect timing in the 9th inning with there closer up. I mean what else can you do but work the count to get the pitch you want. 3 hits in the same inning perfect timing where they do that stupid wave it fair cut scene. I'd rather it be a weak fly ball. At least I could justify that in my head. But come on that is way too much of a coincidence. Just getting really tired of feeling robbed by this game

Nothing is more annoying than getting a meatball and getting the perfect swing and it goes foul. This happens to me a lot. I dont understand how a perfectly time swing can go foul so much.

I could see if its once in a while but at least 25% of my perfectly timed swings on strikes go foul.
