Re: Strikeout animations personalized
But, more variety in strikeout animations (swinging and looking) is definitely near the top of the list....some of the ones in the current game are getting pretty stale.

Re: Strikeout animations personalized
SDS have to remove the pirouette after a K or getting hit. Especially getting hit. I can't express how unbelievably horrible and unrealistic it is to see Marcus Stroman spin like a wind up toy when a guy makes contact with the ball, just so the ball literally dribbles past him because of this pants-on-head-stupid animation. Like we're talking game ruining. I was hit 3 times last game because of it. And each time if he wasn't spinning like he was having some involuntary physical reaction to the most painful stubbed toe ever, he'd easily just move to the side about a foot, grab the ball and throw the runner out. You know, just like he does in real life.
Pitchers don't spin like ballerinas. At least not for each K and/or each time the batter makes contact with the ball. It's horrible. Horrible. Again, it's positively ridiculously, inexcusably horrible. It also looks horrible.Comment

Makes no sense. The catcher can't catch the pitch since it's being hit by the batter.Comment

Would prefer the following type of animation where the pitcher simply circles around the mound/infield grass as he watches the ball being toss around the horn
Or where the pitcher simply walks off the field like a boss to retire the side
