Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
The home team should get LED Ribbon board animations (similar to the "Strikeout" and "Homerun" ones) for batter walk ups displaying their name when they are announced.Comment

What about adding the drummer in Cleveland?

I could share a few for Cleveland. First and foremost, the drum beat in between pitches when a runner is in scoring position.
Lindor and Santana do this when one of them does something good:
Lindor and Brantley always share a polite handshake to celebrate:
After a win, the three outfielders will come together and shake hands in the same polite way. The infielders come together and embrace like so:

Then, Lindor goes to 2nd and greets each OFer individually with a jumping high five:

Unless it's Brantley, then they hand shake like above.
After they make a catch and throw the ball back in, the OFers kinda point at each other:
When Kipnis homers, they do this:

And Jose Ramirez loses his helmet a lot running the bases. That's all I can think of. Hope it helps.Last edited by Circusboy39; 08-05-2017, 01:32 AM.Comment

I am probably placing this in the wrong thread but Citi Field has a new banner in CF under the main scoreboard advertising the Bourbon bar. Just another little thing to make Citi Field close to perfectAttached FilesLast edited by sportomatic75; 08-06-2017, 09:38 PM.Comment

Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
The Yankees have done this finger pistols thing between the bench and a batter after a big hit all year.

I know it'll probably never be fixed but I'd love to see ads on the outfield walls at the old Yankee Stadium. I'd love to get the feel that its still an active stadium.Comment

Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
id like the backstop fixed in the ROGERS CENTER (ads keep changing)... i play on broadcast view, so when the advertisement boards flip to white i cant see the ball.. i feel as if i have a disadvantage at home games lol
The advertising should stay the same for the entire game.. not one with a white background either lolToronto Maple Leafs

Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
Every time the Nationals hit a homerun, someone is taking the homerun hitter's helmet off when he is about to/going into the dugout while the rest of the team is cheering, high fiving, etc.Comment

Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
Pirates flash their lights when a homerun is hit at PNC Park. Like the Yankees do.
Also, they raise a Jolly Roger flag on the outfield pole, after a win.Comment

Cleveland Progressive Field, the Strikeout board is backwards. It is registering reverse K's for swinging strikes and K for strikes looking.Really wish sports games played to ratings!
Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players

Cincinnati Reds Video Board in LF. Appears the out of town scores are projected in the blue part as well.

Re: Player Personality & Stadium Atmosphere Help
I am guessing this would go here. Progressive field has undergone quite a number of various renovations over the past couple of seasons and aside from the bar in right, upper deck, and scoreboard the rest of the park remains untouched in The Show.
Now maybe these changes are in the pipeline for next season I have no clue but it would be nice if the behind home plate area and down both baselines were updated.
There is the "home plate club" which is basically all of the behind home plate area and it extends a portion of the way down both baselines. There are no seats on either baseline now above the inner concourse.
Another area that for years now that has not been changed is every scoreboard at the stadium is an LED board. The small stats boards on the upper deck facades have not been updated in the show. They are the old light bulb scoreboards.
There is a complete scoreboard as well as stats on the facade of the "club seating". There is also a complete scoreboard on the lower deck facade on the 3rd baseline. Much like the scoreboard that is portrayed at Coors Field for example on there 3rd base side.
And finally, the dirt degradation at Progressive Field in the show doesn't work. At most stadiums when runners slide into home you will see the batters box lines disappear after a slide. The dirt at progressive field does not change. The lines remain perfect all game regardless of what happens at home.
I really hope they revamp the dirt/grass system across all the stadiums because only seeing batters box lines go away when someone slides into home is really an immersion destroyer since in basically every MLB game the batters boxes are non-existent by like the 5th inning.Comment
