For a dev team that prides themselves in certain aspects of the game there is NO WAY the can ship the game with the Yankees manager or coaches having a beard. Everyone knows the Yanks facial hair policy.

Coaches will change uniforms pretty easily to accommodate a player just joining the team. Brewers Third Base coach, Ed Sedar, is the longest tenured coach on staff and when the Brewers signed Lo Cain this offseason he gladly gave up #6 which he had worn for years. I say all that to say, it is ridiculous that we do not have the option to AT LEAST edit the uniform number for the coaches. It's inexcusable if we dont have the option this year.

Speaking of inexcusable, how do they still not have bench coaches on a coaching staff at this point? The bench coach is the second in command to the Manager and plays a major role on a staff. Instead, they have farm director as a position on the coaching staff. Farm Director is a front office position. How don't they know this?

As good as this game is its amazing how many "little things" they overlook.

I guess we could fire the yankees manager at the start of the season and put in someone who is at least similar to Boone

Being able to edit the vitals and appearance of managers would be huge. Even more than that, please ditch the +2 to this, -1 to that pu pu platter of traits. Too simplistic and arcade-y. 0/10 would not recommend.

Always annoys me when there’s a coach/manager on the Yankees that has facial hair. Always wished there was an option to edit that in Franchise.

yeah that is really annoying, it can be patched but they chose not to, it's proven when Hutch had the haircut they gave that special treatment one year.

being about to create our own manager or edit one to make them look like one that isn't in the game would be nice.

As a guy with a beard, I think the Yankees anti-facial hair stance (excluding mustaches for some dumb reason) is absolutely absurd. These are grown men, not property, and they should be able to grow whatever kind of hair that they want.

This would be a 'real quality of life' improvement for any offline player but they haven't shown anything or teased it really so we might have to push this a little harder if we wanna try to get it into MLB20.
