I’m just curious to see what the vast majority of users spend their time playing in the show. Me personally, I play 85% OFFLINE franchise and a lil RTTS here and there. It just seems so much time and investment has been put in the online aspects of the game (diamond dynasty), yet from reading thru countless threads and posts there seems to be a ton of Offline only users like me still in the mix. No shame in online whatsoever by any means, just wish the focus and energy could be implemented in offline still too. I understand that it’s a monopoly and the more money we spend after purchase, the happier SDS is but still.

I wish there was a way to add a poll for this that calculated...........

I play off-line 100% of the time; begin with a full Spring Training, then a full 162-game season and then RTTS at it's completion. Will dabble in Play Live Now during the MLB playoffs...

Probably 85% offline franchise and 15% RTTS.

I create one SP, one CP, and one slugger. I rotate through those three to keep things fresh.

I'm surprised how little people play RTTS. That makes up almost all of my play time.

I used to play season/franchise alot until time became an issue. I like to play every moment of all my games. When I stopped being able to do that I lost interest.

I tried DD 2-3x but lost interest quickly.

If it’s like usual I’ll start rtts, mess with it for a while then mess with franchise before I just go back to rtts. Won’t care about the cards other then to sell them. Won’t play online modes of any kind.

I'll probably try new RTTS. I try it every year but eventually lose interest because of one thing about the system or another. Usually it's the "your ratings drop because you don't train" and the costs get ridiculous if your prospect is actually good at something. That and you can't be a RP. Or a catcher.

Hard to train my knuckleball when I need 1000 points and get 300 or so every 5 days...I mean really. And that's on top of keeping the other stuff up.

So, usually, I just make my guy in franchise and player lock him. If he's a SP, I'll play his games, sim the rest and only control the team at the level of my guy...so if AA, I'll only play the AA team.

Granted 17's RTTS held my interest more than most. Perhaps 18 will be the one that puts it's closer to franchise for me.

Almost exclusively season mode, playing every game (or darn near)...but just found out that's not in this game. If I can't control every team in franchise then I'm gonna be crushed. Wouldn't have bought the game if I can't play my 30-team season.

Franchise the majority of the time, RTTS when I don’t have time for a full game. That’s it.
