    Franchise carry over question

How far do we have to progress a franchise season before we can carry it over? If I play 20 games and want to carry it over to the next year, will that work, or do I have to play at least one season?

You too can be a 5* recruit at FSU.......

You don't have to play a single game to carry a franchise file over from MLB 17 to MLB 18. Just be aware that the schedule year of your MLB 17 franchise will be last year. It won't ever use the 2018 schedule.

So if I play 18, and get 50 games in and go to transfer it to 19, it'll be at game 51 and proceed as normal?

Do you mean play 17 and transfer to 18? Or are you planning for next year?

For next year. I haven't bought since '14, and I want to make sure I don't have to play a whole season before I can carry over.

You shouldn't have to. Ideally you can transfer your save from '18 to '19 at any point of the season.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

This is true, provided that carry-over saves are included in 19. You never know what might vanish.

Re: Season carry over question- PLEASE HELP!

I have attempted to download UNFINISHED 2017 seasons from the cloud to 2018 but it says no RTTS data available and can’t seem to find the file; however I have checked the 2017 game several times it shows uploaded successfully.

Also how can I manually copy the seasons over to 2018 using USB or system file?

                Please help!

You shouldn't need to get it from the cloud. When you start up RTTS there should be an option to load your 2107 file
