I can't speak for others' experiences but my Ps4 pro has been pretty quiet, even through installing tons of saved data onto it from the cloud and especially during gameplay.

Is it worth it to get a PS4 Pro if I don't have a 4K TV? Is there any noticeable difference between the versions without a 4K TV?

Honestly the graphical improvement isn't anywhere near as big as the improvements else where.

The upgrade on the graphical side isn't a big one anyway, least not for the Show.

I disagree here, and I will tell you why..

It IS a big improvement if you can properly use HDR.

The lighting just makes everything look so much more realistic, makes non HDR look like an eyesore now that I am used to it.

I will agree that without HDR, graphically, there isn't much of a leap.
