    STADIUM NAME: Oakland Coliseum

Now that I've made it out to a game at the Coliseum in 2018, here's an update to my previous post in this thread

    ISSUE ONE: Tarps
DESCRIPTION: The tarps on the third deck of the main seating bowl were removed in early 2017. For 2018, the tarps on Mt. Davis have been removed, but no seats are being sold up there.

    ISSUE TWO: Treehouse
DESCRIPTION: Here are some photos of the new Treehouse area above the left field bleachers.

    ISSUE THREE: Flags
DESCRIPTION: Because of the Treehouse, there are no more flags in left field. The four championship glags have been moved to the top of Mt. Davis, and the right field area has (from left to right) the California State flag, the American flag, and the City of Oakland flag.

    ISSUE FOUR: Video Board
DESCRIPTION: The A's have updated their video board layout for the 2018 season. Also, the top, curved portion (that once displayed "O.Co Coliseum" during the company's sponsorship) should be black, not white.

    ISSUE FIVE: Ribbon Board
DESCRIPTION: The A's also updated their ribbon board layout. Just in case authentic ribbon board layouts ever make it into the Show, here's what the Coliseum's looks like moving from the right field foul pole to home plate. The same layout applies for the ribbon board on the third base side of the stadium. Also, notice the signage for the right field BBQ terrace. Similar signage, not present in the game, is present in left field.

    ISSUE SIX: New Ads
DESCRIPTION: A number of new ads (namely the two State Farm ones) were added to the outfield. Also, notice the pitch clock in left-center and the cameramen present in the camera well. In the game, the camera well is empty. Some extra ad space was also added to the area behind home plate.

    ISSUE SEVEN: Netting
DESCRIPTION: In accordance with new MLB rules, the netting at the Coliseum has been extended to the end of the dugouts. They're supported by cable.

Re: MLB 18 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread

Alright, Guaranteed Rate Field could use some love. Here's everything I can think of - the Sony people can prioritize it all.

      White Sox Legends statues
The White Sox have nine statues. They are of Minnie Minoso, Carlton Fisk, Billy Pierce, Charles Comiskey, Luis Aparicio, Nellie Fox, Harold Baines, Frank Thomas, and Paul Konerko. How many could be recreated I have no idea, but since some of the players are in the game I'd at least have hope for those. They'd be great for closeups on the new end-of-inning camera angles.

The statues are spread across the outfield: Pic 1 / Pic 2

      Retired Numbers
The gray facade is now black (as is any gray in the bullpens) , the retired numbers go around the second-level, and there is now an LED banner across the entire upper deck.

      • Real: https://i.imgur.com/eNn2fZc.jpg, https://i.imgur.com/sclrbbR.png

There is also a collage of players whose numbers are retired on a wall in right field that faces the outfield concourse: https://i.imgur.com/oLkkMkZ.png

      Left field
      • The outlined sections should be bleachers (with backs, similar to the ones in-game at Dodger Stadium): https://i.imgur.com/GnxMtxO.png
      • The "Fundamentals" Deck is now named the "Kids Zone" (and to steal from the uniform thread...it could use a brighter red, haha): https://i.imgur.com/Tro978t.png

      Center field
This area gets a lot of attention from the crowd because they have food up there. Not expecting a bunch of food detail, but an upgrade to add counters around and have a higher concentration of the standing outfield attendance here would be cool to see.

Not to mention, that the Out Of Town Scoreboards in Right, are only showing scores for the AL, on both set of scoreboards, when there is room to show NL on left set, and AL on the right set or vice verse! Not sure how this gets missed but it’s so obvious without a picture!

          Wrigley Field

          • Dugouts

Batter photo background should be green - same as is already done for the pitcher pic.

Current game batter stats show up in the center of the videoboard after their first at-bat. Actually, these should move to the bottom part of the board (the "Due Up" list was only ever in mockups before they installed the boards), with the seasonal stats remaining in the center. Pitch speed and type are displayed next to the current game stats.

Real (The empty space next to the game stats is pitch MPH in the top box, pitch type in the bottom one): https://i.imgur.com/PIKctqA.png

Big thanks to WGN for using the actual videoboard graphic on TV when talking about a player's debut, haha.

          Championship Flags
Of the four flags in center field, three are the same. The Cubs have changed the furthest right one to this: https://i.imgur.com/ribsPif.png

            STADIUM NAME: AT&T Park

Now that I've made it out to a couple of Giants games this season, here's an update to my previous AT&T Park post in this thread.

            ISSUE ONE: Netting

Per MLB regulations, the Giants added extended netting to AT&T Park. They run past each dugout, terminating just before the bullpens. On the first base side, the cable is suspended by a new pole on the right field arcade.

                  Busch Stadium

                  Glitch?
When it is overcast early in the year, it is clearly visible, but there are these weird areas of black that stick out and do not look good

                  Spoiler

                  Wall Color
The wall color is a darker green (more like the bottom part of the wall shown in game)

                  Spoiler

                  Main Videoboard

While the graphics on the board look great, the player who is at bat should be highlighted on the display where the lineups are shown. Also, the scorebox should be a grey color, not blue.

                  Spoiler

                  Aux Videoboards
Busch Stadium recently upgraded it's videoboards and the ribbons shown in game are placed in the wrong areas or are the old version. The two boards that say "Cardinals" are actually advertisement boards while the one in center under the scoreboard is just a static image (shown later). Also the pitch count boards are LED and are color displays

                  Spoiler

                  Ballpark Village
BPV looks great, but there are two video displays under the rooftop deck (that has blue signage now) that show the out of town scores

Surely this has been pointed out somewhere before,
But i couldn't find it. Seems like one of the easiest, and important things to fix if we are going for accuracy. This has bothered me for a while..

                        STADIUM NAME: Oakland Coliseum

DESCRIPTION: Left and Right field fences are not accurate to Oakland Coliseum. The dimensions on the fences are listed correctly, but they cannot be correct. (Oakland's dimensions in both LF and RF are 330 - 367 - 362 -388 - 400. Yet the area of the fence between 367 and 388 is a straight line in the game. So in the game, 362 feet cannot be correct. It looks over 370 in the game) By doing this, the game changes the entire look of the outfield layout and removes the distinct shape of the outfield and some of the character from this park. It is obvious in the images just by looking at the shape of the field.

(Forgive me for not using spoilers on the images. I know how to use them with text but i can't get it to work with images on my device. In the text box it doesnt list my image, so there is nothing to put spoilers around...If anyone can tell me how, i will edit it.)

Not a gamebreaker by any means but it is very noticeable when pitching with broadcast camera having watched almost every Marlins game this season.
