Re: Rain delays?
Yes they happen
Have had two thus far. One for 90 minutes and one for 45 minutes
Sent from my iPhone using Operation SportsI can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Rain delays?
Ramone mentioned in one of the twitch they have variable weather where you go from sunny to rain to sunny again.
Only thing I oberserved so far is on a rainy day, rain will vary intensity during the game.
Anybody observed more extreme variation ?Comment

Re: Rain delays?
Not yet - haven't the passing rain shower type weather yet.
Same here, only seen variation in the rain and occasional delays."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I had a RttS game where it rained for a few innings, then stopped later in the game.

Re: Rain delays?
Most extreme change I've had was from a light fog to an intense fog to being almost fully cleared by the 9th.Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I haven't had a game go from "overcast" to rain (not sure if it actually does that or not, would be cool if it did) But I have had a game go from being "overcast" and pretty foggy, then clearing up later in the gameComment

Re: Rain delays?
I have had a couple times where it went from a light rain, to hard rain, then a rain delay, then after the delay, it was sunny out.

Ohh I want to see the fog. I'll have to start playing more "overcast" games..."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I have NEVER experienced this. I play franchise, is it not part of franchise? When you start a franchise game you can pick the weather. I'd love for there to be a "Variable" option, but there is only Clear, Partly Cloudy, Overcast, and Rain.Last edited by Juzbee; 04-28-2018, 07:33 PM.Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I know for a fact that the rain varies, the announcers even have commentary about it. And after the couple rain delays I have experienced, it has cleared up...Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I am looking forward to seeing that. All of my rainy days thus far (through about 40 games) have been light rain and the game was not delayed.Comment

Re: Rain delays?
I have only played one game where I had rain so far. I ended up getting a 45 minute delay and when the game started back up it was no longer raining. Not sure if that answers your question or not.Comment
