Again, I don't understand why I'm getting attacked for posting something that I read from multiple people on multiple sites. I was only trying to be helpful.

All TCL TVs are Roku TV’s, and TCL is the 3rd most selling TV brand in the US . You post a model of a discontinued TCL I haven’t even heard of, all I’m saying is you should have done some research before you posted what you did, and I’m sorry to break it to you but TCL has surpassed Vizio in the TV market also.

    All I’m saying

Shameless plug here... I bet if you stick to 1080p mode with one of those televisions that a Darblet would make that look ultra sexy.

Jesus Christ dude!! I'm not a Vizio fan boy. I don't care if the TV is made by LEGO as long as the damn thing works!! I'm sorry I ever said anything about your precious TCL TV. It won't happen again. Jesus some people have more important things in life to care about than a specific brand of TV.

Any updates on QLED or OLED to where it doesn't take such a graphics hit for Game mode, it seems rather considerable on mine.

                Knich,

Just brought my Samsung QLED 65" home. Too heavy to mount by myself, so leaned it up against the table until my son gets here after work. Cranked it up with my PRO and WHOA! You were right in your message....brilliant colors, etc.
Dang this game just took another upturn. Thanks for the info. Don't regret it. WIll be giving my 4k to my son.

Samsung has gotten to you guys, QLED is just an LED TV...now OLED is a totally different technology but I just find it funny how advertisement works on some people, i gatta give it to the Samsung marketing guys though [emoji846]

If gaming is a major part of what you use your TV for, I would never go for an OLED.

And while the QLED that Samsung are selling are, indeed, LED TVs, the QLED's seem to be pretty damn amazing. If I were buying today, I would get a Q9FN.

My Sony x900e is doing just fine, though.

Yeah, Jayhawker, the improvement from my Samsung 4K is really noticeable. Completely happy with the con job they pulled on me . The jump from 55 to 65 makes a difference for me too.

Yeah, I went to 65" in December and that alone could have been enough to make huge difference but I also switched to the ps pro and the new tv is my first 4k . So , yeah, I'm in baseball heaven now

is the burn-in that much of an issue for gaming on an OLED? I thought i heard its getting better, but idk for sure.

Any of you guys have an opinion on the LG SK8000? I was looking at the 49" version for my room and it seems pretty nice. Having a TV with a center stand is important though because 1) wall mounting isnt an option (tv going in front of window) and 2) the table its going is 30" wide.

Only LG and Sony makes OLED, I use to be a Sony Vendor rep and I can tell you that you won't have burn ins with Sony's OLEDs...unless you pause and left on your TV on the whole weekend. What Sony does is when the it notices a still imagine on for too long it will automatically drop its gray levels....you won't notice it but it prevents burn ins.

The other question is, is it worth that much?

Although I can imagine a Sony OLED paired with a PS4 Pro would be next level considering theyre both Sony products.
