    Re: Stubs for payroll

I'm in year 8 of my franchise and haven't had any issues with quality players sitting in free agency. I mean there are some low 70 rated players still available but they are all 35-40 years old. Which is totally understandable and the way the game is heading IRL.

Like others have said, this is more of a roster limitation issue than anything else. Teams sign 50 OVR draft picks and then don't have the roster space. Plus not being able to sign these types of players to minor league, non-roster deals doesn't help.

I think a big part of the problem is the limited roster space (90 per team) and teams have difficulty, as do I, of balancing out their roster with stars, everyday players, role players, minor league journeymen, and prospects.

The rosters need to be expanded and when they are, more money needs to be added to each teams budget.

Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.
