In RTTS, got traded from Baltimore to St. Louis.

In my introductory meeting with Cardinals manager, the dialogue left me confused and wondering if I missed something.

I'm paraphrasing, but he said something like "I don't know what went on with you and the other staff, but I'm happy to have you here"

One of my options to respond was "I guess some attitude issues" or something like that.

Another one of the options, I forget what it said, implied that something happened and I had some kind of falling out with the Orioles or teammates or coaches, but nothing was mentioned about this before.

Anyone have any idea what they are talking about??

hey uh, I have a warning sign and a number somewhere near 100 next to the quick menu button on my bottom ticker. I deleted all my notifications and it's still there. How do I get it to go away?

Can you add more user controlled teams once a franchise has already started? Kinda want to do one AL and one NL but don’t want to restart my Dodgers franchise

If you do not select what teams (or all 30) when you start a franchise. No.

Must be done on the front end menu when you set up your franchise.

Hi everyone! Long time, no see.

Sorry for the basic question but it’s been quite a few years since I’ve played. Is classic pitching still in the game? If so, is it the same as always, or has it gone through any noteworthy adjustments?

How's it going man!

Classic's still pretty much the same as it's always been. I think it has to do with the CPU using a similar type of pitching mechanic internally, and that probably being why it never changes much.

It's still the most ratings-driven pitching mode there is.

I may be a total Noob right here, but I'm just playing a play now game and I'm using Zone hitting. The PCI is default and dependent on the batter either the top half or the bottom half of the PCI is bolded, is there a reason to why?

bcruise, my man! Hope all is well with you too. Yeah things have been good. I got pretty wrapped up in all things Arma for a time, and sort of shelved this series. Nostalgia hit me pretty hard when I saw some The Show impressions on the gaming sites today, it was like a trip back in time, or down memory lane.

I’m glad classic is still in and exactly how it was. I know it wasn’t used much, so I was concerned based on user metrics they might take it out entirely. I’m happy to see that’s not the case.

Anyway, not only do I miss the game, but I miss you guys too. It’s nice to see lots of familiar faces still at it and I think I might actually buy the game this year. I think 15 or 16 or so might have been my last. Now feels like as good a time of any to relax and play some video game baseball again.

I happened to notice your 2015 classic pitching thread is still on the 1st page of the sliders forum. All the info is still relevant. I have a read every once in a while and it’s like seeing a pitching coach for me. You picked a great year to come back. The gameplay is stellar!

Can anyone confirm that quadrant guess pitch is still the same as before? I have been hearing rumors that the latest patches causes a delayed signal thus making it more difficult to guess the pitch. I use quadrant and usually get a signal when I guess the correct location. Is this the same or have the latest patches ruined the guess pitch? I haven’t updated to patch 1.07 fir this same reason.

Why are there developers CAPs on the default roster.
I noticed in my Franchise that they're in the free agent pool, I usually don't have a problem with it but they have B potentials and are rated pretty high considering.
Why would they do this?
I can't even edit them down since they're in the FA pool.
I hope none of the other teams sign them cause that would be ridiculous.

I'm a pure franchise guy that hasn't played the game since The Show 16. I kinda want a baseball fix. What franchise improvements have been made from 16?

Is it worth it to get this year's edition or save a few bucks and get last years? I'm an Orioles fan so there is a big allure to getting a copy from before the Machado trade and having control over that lol

Well if your looking forward to having in season contract extenstions then 19 would be the way to go. I'm sure there are other things I'm forgetting

I thought there was a way to resize or move the position of the pitch meter. I’m not seeing it anywhere.
