Does anybody know how to import a CAP from MLB The Show 18 to this year's game? I have a few CAPs I wanted to transfer over, but can't figure out how to do it.

You have to load your roster on 18 and start a franchise file with cpu roster control on. Carry over that franchise save into 19. Then within franchise mode in 19 go to cpu roster control, manage player screen and export the cap you want..then once saved, you go to main menu of 19 and load up your roster of choice, go to same area of mange player within roster control and import your cap over existing player. Pitchers can only be imported over pitchers. Once you import over and save your roster, you cannot get that player back that you imported over.

Mostly correct. RTTS player progression is controlled directly by the gains/losses you get during games, and by off-day training.

You can still use stubs to buy equipment for an RTTS player, some of which can have a pretty big impact on your ratings.

I'll be buying '19 soon, but I have a couple of quick questions...

1. I read where the CPU wasn't making substitutions and allowing other players on the roster to come in and play in later innings during spring training games. Instead, the starters remained in and played all 9 innings which would never happen in real life baseball. Is this still a problem? If so, do you expect an upcoming patch to fix it soon?

2. There was a problem in '18 where injuries were not occurring in played games during the season in offline franchise mode. They were only showing up in simmed games. Is this still happening in '19 or did SDS correct it from last year's game?

It will use an option year no matter when you move them in Spring Training.

1) Yes to my knowledge that is still a problem. I'm guessing a patch is coming but I don't know when.

2) I didn't have this problem in '18 and don't have it in '19 either. I play every game and thus far I have Carson Kelly and Adam Cimber on the 10 Day IL thru about 15 games of the regular season.

I also have Tulowitzki and Oscar Tavares get hurt during a played game in Spring Training.

Rarely around OS much these day as it's been a busy year so far.
Any major stat bugs or anything that would need a patch before digging into a franchise??
For the first time ever I did not get MLBTS on release day. Other than a few games here and there I've not played much of anything.
Anyways getting ready to go back on night shift and the game would be a nice "play a game then bed" thing for when I do hit nights..

I'm using a carryover franchise and I don't see any issues at all. I'm only 16 games into the regular season and everything looks fine.

The only hiccup I've run into is during Spring Training the CPU will not sub out his position players during the game. Starters play all 9 innings, aside from being changed due to double switches.

I can't answer 1 but I can 2.

I'm at default injury slider, and I've had two injuries in the past three games. I'm seeing in game injuries at a much faster pace then last year. Might just be me and my bad luck, but I certainly haven't been lacking.
