All 30 teams have the 4th of July event caps under the cap option when selecting your uniform. Plus the Cardinals, DBacks, and Reds have additional alternate caps too.

The navy cards hat is in the game and it corresponds with the navy batting helmet.

Does it give blue belts? I doubt it cause it’s probably just tied to pants and they’d need a second set.

Question about the Rangers.

With the Red alternate Cap at home with the white jerseys do the batting helmets also change to red as well?

Indians home batting helmets are incorrect. In the game they have a red brim, but they are actually entirely navy. Wasn’t sure if this was going to be accurate or not when I first played the game since the Indians made many uniform changes this year, but today’s opening day game confirmed that they are indeed incorrect and need to be changed back to navy.

Silver, help me understand.

I edited Ian Kinsler's batting gloves to TC1 and then the rest TC3... Worked perfect on the road he had Navy gloves with everything else gray.

But I when I took those same changes to a home game, he had Navy gloves but the rest of the gloves were black?

I'm pretty sure I had the Padres wearing the full home white jerseys.

The Padres are one of the teams with a variation on this because their colors are Navy for TC1 and White for TC2. Since white is already accounted for, TC3 for their home white uniform is Black, I'm guessing just to not have white repeat itself. On the road its Gray for TC3. So basically for the Padres TC3 switches between Black and Gray, instead of White and Gray. I can't remember if their TC2 switches on the road but I'll double check. With that said all the Padres Team Colors vary since their uniforms are so varied as well.

The Yankees have a similar conundrum.

If anyone wants to know about this for any team or any specific uniform let me know, I have the complete list.

Yes. To get the combination right select the entire red Alternate uniform set and then just change the jersey to the Home white, this is the easiest way to get this right if I remember correctly.

I’m surprised SDS has never made the process of adding patches to uniforms and caps much easier. Seems like they have to build an entire uniform with a patch on rather than simply add a patch to an existing uniform, which explains why there are no postseason/World Series patches to be seen anywhere in franchise mode. Can’t help but compare it to NCAA football which had the ability to add any of the bowl patches to any uniform for any of the schools in the game.

The Padres truly have only 1 home team color though (outside the brown/gold throwbacks). Maybe it needs to be TC2 for the items you want white at home and grey on the road? Just a thought. I’m not at my system, but if you check, please post what you find. I might have time to try tonight.

I'll post the full listing later but I just checked my notes to clarify for the Padres...

Padres current home uniform:
TC1: Navy, TC2: White, TC3: Black

Padres current road uniform:
TC1: Navy, TC2: White, TC3: Gray

TC2 does not change. TC3 changes between black and gray instead of white and gray. Their alternates and throwbacks have different team colors except for their road alternate and their blue camo alternate.

The belts do not change. They do have throwback pants with a navy belt but I believe those have a stripe on the side so that may be an issue.

Ok here goes, gonna do these by league, maybe they can be combined when I'm done, maybe they should be in their own thread? Not sure but here is the NL...

I'm going to just list the 3 colors in order 1-3, if I say red white blue then red is TC1, white is TC2, blue is TC3. I will list the main colors first, as in what their primary uniform team colors are and then I will list the specific uniforms that have different team colors. If a specific uniform isn't listed that means it's the same as the primary main colors. Some teams have the same colors home and road but some the colors vary between home and road. ALL TC3's switch based on selected jerseys and pants except for with Arizona. Any questions just ask...
