Of course, but you have to remember:
- Some play on Balanced or Sharper, which likely have a consistent or less impactful framerate throughout than Faster. If they play on a base PS4, that probably plays at a framerate equivalent to Balanced.
- Some might have televisions with technology that includes enough motion blur (LCD's) or are using a frame interpolation feature that may be disguising the perception of frame duplicates enough, whereas others who play on plasma or OLED and do not decidedly use any smoothing features will be less impervious to the effect.
- Some are less sensitive to it.
- Some who see it don't mind enough for anything to change about it.
This game has many issues that everyone may be aware of, but simply go unaddressed. The list is monumental. This is just one of them. The difference is that this wasn't an issue in previous years on the Pro (in '17 and '18), which is why it brings things to question.
