I dont use default sliders. I als set the sensitivity slider for Dynamic to 10 so its constantly fluctuating between difficulties. really captures the ebbs & flows of a season. I definitely get lots of lead changes too.

It is designed to be used with classic pitching and directional hitting, and I have no idea if other control types will have a negative impact.
Yeah I'm thinking about giving Armor's slider set a try.

All Star is definitely the best difficulty for hitting if you want a good challenge. You can still hit. I might just change hitting to All Star. I'm not sure, yet.
Yeah I'm leaning towards AS. I play with the Pirates so any difficulty is going to be a challenge lol.

I always go with dynamic difficulty, and when I get to the point to where I struggle to win games I switch to whatever level I'm at to the next one down. This year feels different though, I shot up to Legend on pitching with in the first 12 games of the season. I can't ever recall getting up to Legend in previous years.

Used to use dynamic, but switched to All-star for both. Holding my own. Hitting isn't as hard as I thought it would be, but pitching definitely is. I do good the 1st time through the line-up, but the 2nd and 3rd time is my downfall.

I used slightly modified A&S sliders with meter pitching and zone hitting.

You may or may not already know this. The 2nd and 3rd time through the lineup you can press down on the right stick to check what pitch sequence you used in the previous at bat. Especially for the heart of the order I would never use the same first pitch twice and quite often will try and use a pitch they haven’t seen as my strike out pitch.

I like this idea. In 18, I played legend for both hitting and pitching (zone w/pci off, meter) but this year, I’m struggling with legend hitting. I like the idea of sensitivity at 10 as in theory, would add an extra element of momentum.

What are you slider settings if you don’t mind me asking? Ive always used Mike Lowe’s sliders but leaning towards default more so this year.

All Star for both hitting and pitching with TNK sliders. Great diverse games.

Going to do dynamic for the full season. If I make playoffs I will jump to all star or HOF cause I’m usually a veteran hitter and all star/ HOF pitcher.

Legend hitting for me which feels great. Legend pitching on the other hand.......while I can have some success, i find the computer's offense to be overpowered at default sliders. Too many hits from bad swings, and the pitchers are able to dump balls in the outfield with consistency.

Have you tried lowering the pitch speeds by a notch or two to see if they match up to last year's pitch speeds on HOF?
