Only played 1 game so far with my classic Yankees in old Yankee stadium.
Framerate does seem smoother which is nice.

Timing is definately different, had a pretty low scoring game which was nice.
Did hit a homerun, so the power is there, just need to get used to the new timing as i popped up a lot of pitches.

One thing i noticed : on the new animated line up screens my players are still wearing the wrong uniforms, thats just sloppy especially since it's a new thing.
Not a biggy, just disappointing

What was wrong with it?? I haven’t seen anything out the ordinary, I rake in that yard lol

Neither have I....but my experience is mainly with RTTS. Only played a few games outside of that mode.

Game feels really smooth since the patch. Whatever they did to timing makes everything even better. I didn’t see any of those awkward hits on pitches way inside. Contact was much weaker as it should be. Saw a ball that barely stayed fair and just trickled down the third base line. Also had a few hits to the opposite field after getting jammed and having to fight off the pitch. Pre-patch there would be the occasional line drive in that situation that just didn’t look right. It was also easier to jam the CPU hitters which was nice. I broke 4 CPU bats in my game just now on pitches in on the hands. Only one game but I’m liking it so far.

Yeah man I have been at work since yesterday. Won't be home to about 5pm. Hopefully Jeffy will know by then. If it is somewhat better I will be extremely happy. Playing a franchise with the Royals and Kaufman stadium is pretty bad. Last year is was smooth as silk.

Just played a franchise game. After reading there was an adjustment made to timing I went back to default All Star and finished the game with 4 runs on 8 hits with 3 BB, 9 SO and 1 HR after 8 innings. I was the home team and won so I didn’t bat in the 9th. Although it was only one game it felt pretty good. A lot less umph on contact which I like.

I'm losing my mind out here. Playing a ranked seasons game and had two throws to home in time by 10 feet and the catcher didn't even try to take the runner out.

I’ve had plenty of games with 4 or 5 dingers which can and does happen irl but shouldn’t happen as many times as it had in 45 games for me.

The less umph feels pretty spot on. I played my game hitting against a 12 MPH wind so the ball wasn’t going anywhere, but both me and the CPU squared up several and hit them hard but they were pitches that should have been hit hard. I saw a lot of weak contact on balls out of the zone which to me feels so natural now. I was using a splitter a lot and guys were chasing it and just pounding it into the ground for easy ground outs. And if any did get through the infield they were weak singles.

Okay this sounds good. How were the line drives? The show nation is widely reporting that a lot of the hits are bloop hits between fielders. Are you getting a healthy dose of line drives?
