I would like to hear them announce Mickey Mantle three-quarters of the time and the mick one quarter of the time same thing with the Bambino for Babe Ruth the same thing for Stan the Man Musial 1st and musual and Charlie hustle for Pete Rose mix it up

World Baseball Classic mode, have it integrated into Franchise and RTTS modes.

Also have it linked with DD rewards since that mode is like Tony Soprano and it needs its taste.

You would know more than most. I just hope it’s a bigger vision than what they did for the PS4. They updated franchise mode in the first version on PS4 and they barely touched the mode since.

Catcher's defensive ratings need to be expanded beyond just "Fielding and Blocking". I think advanced analytics in general need to play a bigger role in the game to help determine the frequency of events happening.

Strikeout pitchers should get more borderline strikes called for them, Hitters who strikeout a lot need to have more borderline strikes called against them. It should then be reversed in the opposite scenario.

I would, specifically, like to see a Catcher's ability to "frame" a pitch be accounted for and built into their ratings. We now have stats that track this (and so much more). I really wish SCEA would use these advanced analytics and bring them to the forefront by way of ratings. I am sure some of these advanced analytics are used behind the scenes (see Quirks), but there needs to be more advanced ratings and Quirks that can be customized and assigned to CAPs/RTTS players.

Here is a link to the analysis around Catcher Framing, its impact on games, and the source for these advanced metrics. They used Gary Sanchez as the case study. These advanced analytics help us understand why some players seem to have a "knack" for framing pitches better, or hitting more doubles, or walking more than average players. Incorporating those into the game, with real data to support it, would make the game have this additional layer of subtle realism baked into it.

Editable coaches for all levels - include the ability to add in minor league managers and base coaches
MLB Coaches should all have personalities for their tendencies and attributes for their decision making like personal sliders for pulling pitchers, when using pinch hitters, how to utilize their pitching rotation/bullpen (like openers and strict bullpen roles)
Editable minor league options
Editable contract details - front/back loaded, vesting/team/player options
Editable service time
Editable statistics
Expanded options for equipment - like Jordan, Easton, Asics, Victus, Nokona, Bel Guard and others.
Metallic gold and silver for equipment - the swishes on some cleats like Jose Iglesias's cleats or other pieces like Manny Machado's elbow guard.
Expanded necklace/chain options - multicolor and longer options
A second stance option for switch hitters - most switch hitters don't have exactly the same stance
Pitcher delivery creator/editor
Expanded home/road equipment options - team color 3 is a great start but needs to be corrected (for the Diamondbacks and Padres) and expanded
Extra baggy option for pants - pajama style like Manny Machado
Extra long option for socks - over the knee like Hunter Pence
"Pitch Framing" and "Game Calling" attributes for all catchers - there are metrics available already to help develop these attributes for active Major Leaguers
Editable/removable icons on all players (Rule 5, Rookie, etc.)
Attributes for each defensive position
Ability to select any position(s) as a secondary position

Gameplay:
Option to choke up - like Alex Bregman and many others
Option to move hitter in batter's box - front/back and towards/away from the plate
More foul balls that hit off the hitter and an animation after they get hit like they're in pain or something
Have an animation where the hitter takes off his elbow/shin guards when he draws a walk
Collisions between players and walls

Playoffs Gameplay and Management:
3 man pitching rotations
6 man umpire crews in the playoffs
Quicker manager hook (no matter the slider)
Smarter CPU logic for picking postseason roster

Franchise:
Rotating interleague schedules
Simpler budgets
Improved active roster and 40-man roster logic
Expanded trade options - like trading for cash or more than three players

Add international free agents (defections from Latin America at 16 or established players from Asia in their 20s/30s)
Have players leave (and then come back) to play internationally - players like Eric Thames and Miles Mikolas have done this recently irl

More specific criteria for moments
Have default players uniforms/sock styles match those of the era - kills the immersion when I'm playing as Walter Johnson and most hitters have baggy pants in 1915
More accuracy overall for players/lineups/situations around us

DLC Expansions: - I would pay for these as expansions and I know of many other players who would as well.
World Baseball Classic Mode - all players, all venues, all teams, tons of emotional presentations, tournament style, offline and online
All-Star Game Expansion - each team's individual unis, current All-Stars, one stadium, special presentations, Home Run Derby

• Fix when a manager makes pitching change when there was no one warming up in the bullpen to begin with
• the ability to customize cleats and have multiple colorways of them the same way that nba 2k does

A few simple requests please fix the numbers when I created player from the past I would like that number to stay.
Also it'd be great if you could unlock the helmet Fiasco.
Baggy uniforms with sleeves that slide all the way from the wrist to the shoulder with pants that slide all the way from the knee to the ankles

Get rid of the stupid RTTS interactions with players on your team. As an 18-19 year old on a MLB team why am I giving advice to Justin Verlander or Miguel Cabrera? Shouldn't they be helping me. And it's the same responses. "Yes I had a good breakfast and I'm ready to go." Lol.

And why remove a thing like an option to remove a pitch.

Would love to see some new ratings. For pitchers have both left and right handed tendencies for H/9 and HR/9. For catchers have a framing stat that can give a boost to the ump's call going in your favor. Also maybe a stat to reflect how good a catcher can handle a pitching stat, maybe have it reflect in a larger boost in confidence during a mound visit.

Would love to see all the personality qualities from RTTS( Maverick, Heart and soul, etc.) added to franchise. Making that work in tandem with morale could be very beneficial. For exame say a player has the team captain trait then his morale would be less effected by his salery being slightly low.

For the love of god just pick one color guy. Matty V and one other announcer would be perfect, along with Heidi on the sidelines.

Has there ever been any mention of expanding rosters past 90? I don’t recall any by SDS. Would there be a way to expand to 120 and not mess with carryover saves?

I really believe if they could afford to hire somebody to do it, carry-overs could still function going 90 to say 120. But I still dont expect increase roster size until PS5. if even then

In Franchise: The ability to change the name and uniforms of your franchise team similar to what one can now do with one's Diamond Dynasty team including old style historical caps and jerseys/shirts.
